I really enjoyed my experience hear Saturday July 7th, with the staff but my only complaint was the lady who looks disgusting over-proportioned. one uping me and my wife about her glamorous life the whole visit as if she not making min wage here. other than that enjoyed my visit. I came here this week very disappointed women who wears clothing 3 times smaller than her massive frame.forced me into buying a jacket I was hesitant with. She kept begging me now I regret my purchase there no store near 300km radius,Thank you for your lies and I'm screwed for 469 dollars.

Staff did greet me on both trips to this location. My rating is about the poor quality and return policy.My second visit was to do a return. I missed the Christmas return period for a full refund by a few days. I was aware of this and seeking a store credit.Staff said that she was unable to do a return to give me a credit note because the register wasn’t working to do so. So the only thing I could do was exchange for something at the same price. This is unacceptable for a store that has come back into business in recent years (about 5 yrs). Their technology should be up to date to do returns especially since their return policy is a short 7 days. This made no sense, because she was still able to give me an exchange receipt. So I’m not sure she was telling the truth. If you can’t do a return for credit, how can you still have store open to do payment transactions on the bank terminal? Doesn’t sound right.I returned a handbag that the zipper was too stiff. There was different handbag at the same price that I exchanged for. The tag says it’s leather. The price was $149 before taxes.However, on closer examination today, I see that the handle is not leather, although the bag is leather. The handle appears to be polyurethane. Overtime, this type of material will crack up. I’m not so happy with this purchase/exchange. And not happy that the staff didn’t offer for me to come back on another day to do a return to get a credit note. It almost seems as if they just don’t issue credit notes at all.Merchandise at this outlet location is overpriced considering it’s an outlet. And quality is poor. Their handbags are a mix of leather and polyurethane. Not made to last.The Fossil store has handbags for a fraction of the price and a more generous 90 day return policy even though there is some polyurethane trim on their bags as well. This is my last trip to Danier. They could close up again, and not be missed.Why should a leather store not have handbags that are completely leather, but charge leather prices? You’re better off going to Roots for better quality, or Fossil for better prices.

They have quality leather products, but very limited selection and fairly high prices. I honestly believe this business requires better upper management to succeed! They've been trending down for many years with no signs of improvement.

I've been looking to replace my favorite jacket for over a year now with no luck. I finally decided it was time for am upgrade. As soon as I walked in the door Camryn greeted me and asked how my day was going. When I told her why I was there she went to work, grabbing every style she thought I would like...and she didn't disappoint! She found me the perfect first genuine leather jacket. Thank you for your help Camryn!
