“I drive 2 hours just to come to this specific store! This place is always riddled with deals! Last two visits they had a 50% off entire store.. not select items but ENTIRE store! I always end up spending more than anticipated as I just keep throwing more in the bag! This last trip I got 3 pairs of pants, 2 pairs of shorts and a sleeveless top for all under $300 tax included. You can’t get prices online this good! May always go to store!”

I recently visited the GAP store at the Niagara Outlet Mall, and I had a fantastic shopping experience. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The selection of clothing was excellent, with a wide range of sizes and styles available.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were quick to assist me with finding the right sizes and provided great recommendations based on my preferences. I was particularly impressed with their patience and professionalism.
Additionally, the prices were very reasonable, especially with the outlet discounts. I found some great deals on quality clothing that I know will last a long time. The fitting rooms were clean and spacious, which made trying on clothes a pleasant experience.
Overall, I highly recommend visiting the GAP store at the Niagara Outlet Mall. Whether you're looking for casual wear, work attire, or something in between, you're likely to find it here. I'll definitely be returning on my next shopping trip!”

“My husband has been looking for a leather coat for a while and we decided to go to Danier. We were visiting Niagara on the Lake and there was a Danier location minutes from our hotel. I had purchased a Danier leather coat 25 years ago in Toronto and it is still in beautiful condition. We looked for a style on line, went to the store location at 300 Taylor Road . A very pleasant and helpful young man named Saher, helped us with a few different styles and we made a purchase. Thanks Saher!! Beautiful quality leather, it’s only been 6 days but my husband is very happy with his new coat!!”

She was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond to help me pick out clothes for my daughter. Dior took the time to make sure I had the right sizes, the best options, and even ensured I was getting the best prices available.

“I went in because I had purchased a dress that I wanted to exchange for a size down. There were 2 sales associates that were behind the desk that I spoke to and explained my situation. The one tall woman explained to her co-worker that she'd be in the back due to not wanting to be on the floor and left her co-worker, who seemed a bit nervous (maybe newer), to do the exchange without support.The young woman who did help me is named Jessica. She was incredibly sweet and kind, and tried her best to help me in a timely fashion. She explained to me that, while they don't have my dress in-store in the size I'd like, they can ship it to my house without me needing to pay for shipping. She set everything up for me, double-checked the style, size and all my information with me to make sure everything was okay, and I was even refunded some of my money as the dress was on sale for Black Friday.Lovely experience! “I had a really nice experience here. I was looking for a specific shirt and I was assisted by three staffs to find the shirt I was looking for, and Im beyond thankful! There was a guy with a slightly long hair, didnt get his name but he cashed me out. When he asked me who to put on who helped me, idk who to say since 3 of them helped me so he just put the lady who helped me instead of him, so I just wanna thank him as well for his good customer service!”

“Update: The clerk said they are always having issues with their corporate phone line. It doesnt ring or work for them often. So its not the fault of the clerks. It's head office. The products and clerk I met are great. Original post: I tried to call multiple times to check on a size and either get hung up on immediately, or rings a lot and then hangs up! A business should at least pick up. I've tried all different times of day and can't imagine they are too swamped to answer a simple question and save a wasted trip.”
“I had such an amazing experience at Lacoste. I came in looking for clothes for myself and a few gifts for the family, and honestly the whole visit was way better than I expected. Tanzeel and Aseel took care of me from the moment I walked in. They were super friendly, patient, and they actually listened to what I was looking for instead of just pointing me around and assuming.
They helped me pick out the perfect outfits and even gave great suggestions for gifts that my family ended up loving. It’s rare to find service that feels this genuine, but these two really made the whole shopping trip easy and enjoyable.
Because of them, this is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to again and again. Highly recommend!”
