I went to get shoes for my two girls ages 5 and 3. Joseph was super helpful and friendly with my daughters. He got us all the sizes we need and helped us with getting the right sizes and fits. He was great.

Asics are a great shoe brand but these outlets stores are a scam. Cheaper prices online. They add a little “mark down” tag to entice you but really it’s the same price as anywhere else

Came into ASICS looking for a basic running shoe for the gym during Black Friday weekend. I was able to grab a pair that is normally $140 for $61 after tax. Ed helped me out and was extremely friendly. Definitely recommend ASICS as they provide great comfort and are extremely durable!

Great customer service!The saleswoman called Kyra is so nice. I was struggling with the size and the type of shoes as I got flatfeet problem, and Kyra helped me to get my shoe size and give me recommendations on what shoes should I get. At the end, I bought the GT2000, a very good one!

After being severely overcharged, I got the worst customer service, and came across the most unprofessional employees who lack the ability to express empathy to frustrated and worried customers. Manager speaks to customers extremely degradingly and insults you on the phone and makes you feel like they have done you a favour. At 11:14am on a Sunday the manager wouldn’t even disclose his name and berated me when I as a consumer I was trying to come up with a solution…. asking me what my name is instead - asking my partner where she works….All because I made the mistake of purchasing at your store and the ASICS brand? Thanks for not being a human being and rather than trying to be considerate showed me to stay away from this corporation.Another classic example of a big brand, whose employees have minimal customer service training. Driven to value monetary gains, rather than customer needs.

As a nurse I had to try multiple running shoes at Asics Store to find a confortable one for long hours at work. Thank you Heide for being patient and very helpful ! I love my new running shoes, and thankful for excellent customer service !
