“I had a hitch and wiring harness installed on our new Mercedes SUV recently. Jay was excellent at keeping me informed on the delivery dates of the parts we needed and confirmed the appointment time once everything was in stock. We left the car for the day and enjoyed some sightseeing at Niagara Falls. We picked up the car at the end of the day, and the estimate was accurate with no surprises. Jay also went over the specifics of the hitch we had installed and the wiring connections. We did notice one glitch with the wiring that was subsequently resolved with no extra cost on our part. Jay and Coppins Service Center definitely stand behind their work to ensure complete customer satisfaction.I highly recommend them for any automotive repairs and would definitely use them again in the future!”

“I had a problem with the coolant system in my 2012 Silverado. Air pockets in the line was preventing it from pumping correctly and causing the truck to constantly overheat. Sounds simple enough, after months of aggravation, and 3 different repair shops telling me they had fixed the problem, to no avail. I started to look at buying a new truck, even though mines in great shape and paid for. Anyways I decided to try one more shop, Good guys. I wish I would have went there first, because it would have saved me a lot of aggravation and money. Trucks running great, finally.”

“Bill and Tony were a great bunch of guys, even though they are brothers. It took a while for my transmission to be fixed, but not their fault. My truck is a 2008GMC SIERRA 1500 4x4, so thats what the problem was to get the parts. Once they got the parts it took no time at all, my truck only has 98,670 miles on it 15yrs old. I'd recommend them a 1,000 times over. Grizz”
