I recently visited the Tommy Hilfiger Outlet in Niagara Falls during their sale, and my experience left me with mixed feelings, leading me to give it a 4-star rating.On the positive side, the sale offered some attractive discounts, which is always a plus for bargain hunters like me. The staff was friendly and helpful, which added to the overall shopping experience.However, what disappointed me was the limited variety of products available. While I expected a diverse selection at an outlet store, I found the choices to be somewhat limited.

Came in today just to browse with my family the old white lady with glasses and blonde hair working there followed us around the whole store like we were going to steal something. She literally followed us all the out the store to the doors. Very unpleasant wouldn’t ever step foot back in Tommy.

Prices are discounted:). The store is clean and the customer service was just fine. If you apply for points you get an additional 15% off. They don't have a price scanner. The fitting rooms were closed so we had to change outside. Overall it was an alright Experience. The plaza has many other stores where you could check out on the way.
