It has everything you could possibly want for home repair/upgrade, and if its not in stock, they'll order it for you at no extra cost.
Such a massive location makes it difficult to navigate and find stuff, even with it clearly labeled. Being physically disabled made it very difficult to get around. What we needed was at the very back, so I got to go on a trip. More staff on hand to help people with such obvious physical disabilities would be great.

Recently purchased10 feet studs from your store, majority of them were note in shape, it is very sad that I have to adjust with the same as I don't have arrangements to drop it back. Such a reputable company should take care of materials sold in their facility

A huge thank-you to Katharine in xmas seasonal and Emma at customer service at our N F location..both these girls went above and beyond to assist me with my xmas purchase.....long story short there was a default with my purchase and Both these girls made certain I left there satisfied ..please give them the recognition they certainly deserve..thank-you again.

Discrimination to a tee.
You won’t rent equipment out to people who don’t have a credit card. Is this a joke? I’m down for the 50 dollar deposit but really? I explained I have a proposal so I won’t get approved for one and I only have debit visa.
Telling me I’ll gladly help you when you have a credit card due to high volume of theft is ridiculous.
Yes, I was able to offer anything he needed to prove my identity. Maybe it’s because I look young? I’m not sure but I will never shop here again.
