I was looking for advice on proper mattress, a reclining chair and possibly a couch.
I was very courteously approached by David G., who not only went the extra mile in advising and showing me options but was knowledgeable and very professional.
He advised me that bad pillows are often the cause of discomfort.
I bought the correct pillow and a great reclining chair and will be back to see David as I reorganize my apartment, adding to my furniture.
The items arrived in a timely manner and I am impressed overall

Delivery service was amazing, on time, friendly, efficient!!
Got my items delivered on Friday, after trying to put my bed frame together, I noticed it was missing slacks for my box spring/mattress. Call immediately that afternoon and spoke to a sales associates who stated to send them an email and circle what was missing, which was completed.
Waited until Monday with no call back, spoke to a lady who advised me possible places it could be. My surprise the associate asks multiple times if it was checked (as if I didn’t also read the instructions) than after escalating my concern stating that I purchased a new bed/frame to not sleep on the floor she continues to say, she will have the manager call me because he will have a hard time believing it’s not there.
Considering, it’s wood slacks to hold up my bed, not asking for a refund or new items… it’s wood. Just felt like she had better things to be doing than dealing with the issue at hand.
