I would give more than 5 stars if I could! My son got into an accident in the Niagara Falls area on Boxing Day which rendered the car inoperable. CAA towed my car to Star Collision while I had to go out of town for a few days. Jackie was absolutely fantastic to deal with. I can't say enough about her professionalism, her empathy and going the extra mile to turn what was a stressful situation to something that was more manageable (she even met me at the shop when it was closed on Boxing Day!). She was in constant communication with me, returned all calls and emails right away and did everything she said she was going to do. And talk about super nice! She was awesome! Due to the fact that my vehicle was a complete write off, I unfortunately wasn't able to experience the service they provide on the cars they fix, but I can only imagine that they do fantastic work - I know they definitely treat their customers VERY well. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone in the unfortunate situation of having damage done to their vehicle to work with Jackie at Star Collision. Trust me - you will not regret it!

Fast work, good service.Only issue is they left my gas cap open and I have a new scuff on the side of my vechile that wasn't there before? Pictures to show the great work they did and one of the new scuff.

We had to have our bumper and windshield wiper fluid reservoir replaced after collision with a snow bank that was actually a solid pillar of ice.staff all very polite and helpful. Job was completed in a timely manner. Job well done
