We had the pleasure of working with Zaki this past month. He was so unbelievably helpful and he did everything he could to make sure we had everything we needed. He was so patient in making sure we had a bed suited to our specific styles... and he even checked in with us after to make sure everything was as we hoped... it was so nice working with someone who goes the extra mile and really gave us a great experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a great experience buying a mattress from Zaki! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He listened to my needs and preferences and recommended the perfect mattress for me: the Kingsdown Silent Partner Dorset. This mattress is very firm and supportive, which is exactly what I was looking for. I have been sleeping on it for a few weeks now and I love it! Thank you, Zaki, for making my mattress shopping experience a pleasant one! Also really appreciate your patience as I tried out so many mattresses! I will be back.

After reporting a recent warranty claim, I am so very disappointed with the bad information received from the sales staff and general lack of customer care from the phone agents, especially the manager that I was told was going to call me and never did. After our recent experience, I will likely never buy another bed nor recommend them again.Over the last 20 years we have purchased 5 beds at Sleep Country. Our last purchase was a king size Tempur-Pedic. At this time, we thoroughly discussed the warranty of the bed and the mattress protector and were advised that we would have coverage for both.While recovering from surgery, we recently had a ‘spill’ on our bed. It went through the sheets, through the mattress protector, through the next cover and onto the bed. We went in to Sleep Country for assistance and were provided a phone number to call (Sleep Country). The agent was pleasant, provided us a phone number for another company (Keeco, formerly Hollander) and advised to call her back with the result of the next call and she would help.Calling Keeco was frustrating. After numerous calls and voice messages left, I was just barely able to make it in time to make the claim as I was told there was a 5-day limit. The agent then advised that since the mattress protector and the mattress were on separate receipts, there is no warranty for the bed – but that is not what the sales guy at Sleep Country said when we bought everything.When I called back the Sleep Country agent, (a new agent) did not transfer me back to my original agent when requested. She did however advise that my bed warranty would now be void. She advised and assured a manager would call me to discuss the issue – they never did.Now, we are left with a mattress protector that does not work and an expensive mattress that is damaged with no warranty and seemingly nothing I can do about it.

Zaki is an amazing salesman. He took the time with us, explained different options to suit our needs and comfort. He made us feel like we knew each other for years and was looking out for our best interest. Quality products and a quality person. We made a great new friend and getting great new sleep!Thanks Zaki!

Zaki is a great salesman. I walked in to check prices tonight. I did not expect to buy a new mattress but Zaki sold me on it.I already walked out on Leon's and The Brick. They just didn't seem to want to make a sale.Glad I stopped in tonight.Can't wait to get my new mattress. A Simba 5000.

I purchases a bed for my daughter and one for myself. Mine has formed a hammock type wedge in less than a year. I went to the store to complain and it got me nowhere. I'm waking up all through the night every night because my back hurts. I'm frustrated

We went to the Niagara Falls, Canada location. Our salesman was Barry and he was very knowledgeable and friendly and patient. We hadn't had a new bed in 13 years and we were nervous about losing the comfort of our old bed, although both of us noticed back pain from the old bed due to lack of support. We spent most of the afternoon at Sleep Country and found a Serta pillow top mattress with a low posture board. It has been easy to adjust to and gives us comfort and more support which means waking up without pain. It was also on sale which was a nice surprise. Delivery was quick and efficient, so we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sleep Country.

Worst warranty, have had an issue since 2019 less than a year after buying but company will not warranty. have been trying for over 3 years now but still getting a run around, take pictures and more pictures and more pictures but still nothing. Just will not warranty, cannot sleep on the mattress at all, bought a combo elsewhere so we could at least get some kind of sleep. Will not recommend to anyone.
