My elderly parents told me about an associate named Kyra (don't know the spelling) who was exceptional. They raved about her kindness and helpfulness, and how effective and professional she was. The most important thing was that she went above & beyond to help my parents who are seniors who - trust me - have a LOT of questions. Thanks Kyra (may be a supervisor or manager) and Sephora for being amazing.

Go here if you want to be hunted like prey!!If you’re in this store for more than 5 minutes the employees will all gang up and follow you around wherever you are especially the tall woman who may be the manager with short brown hair and highlights. I was in there today anrounr 430pm and got followed around all over the store and witnessed employees stalking us while talking on their mic’s.. so unprofessional, unprovoked and rude. There was zero reason to think that I was stealing. It’s rude that they just assume you’re stealing when you’re looking at different sections in the store. I wish I got the woman’s name because she should be fired for how she stalked me all over the store and walked by me every minute or so. Before I was leaving I was literally cornered by 3 employees and at that point left. Do better Sephora and I will be contacting corporate as this is extremely disgusting and clearly happens more than it should based on these reviews.

What a beautiful store but absolutely horrible service..I walked in with no help from staff .. when they asked me at checkout did anyone help you and when I was honest telling them ““no the service here is bad, no one was helpful .” The staff yelled and said don’t be rude , you can leave the store. And waved and said bye bye now “This is coming from a big company who people spends $100’s of dollars and this is how they want to treat their customers, instead they could have said I’m sorry your experienced this , and that would have made me happy but no they wanted to be rude , not me..

some of the employees have been nice and helpful in the past, however twice at the Niagara Falls location i’ve experienced an unfriendly encounter with the same employee that gave off strange energy (in a sense she felt superior), I did see her name but feel uncomfortable to share publicly.Since Sephora stopped giving samples of products, when individuals purchase a high end makeup product that costs $40-$60+ and the product doesn’t work for them they have every right to utilize the 30 day exchange policy, without receiving questionable/judgemental energy from the staff. As id hope their trained to understand how products work differently for everyone.When I simply asked to do an exchange today, I was asked if “I was getting shade matched because it looked like I was having a hard time with the product”, implying that the shade of makeup I was wearing/spending 40-$60 on was the issue, (although I’ve mentioned many times creasing being my issue), opposed to this staff member just recommending a friendly tip or even just following company policies by prioritizing/validating the customers opinion and exchanging the product as requested.I felt as though my ability to select/use the product was being doubted, by another woman much older than me that appeared to not be wearing that kind of product. I responded and let her know I had gotten a “shade match” each time (although I know my skin tone and personal preferences best, some prefer lighter shades for specific products) and that the shades were not ever my issue. And she didn’t respond, proceeded with the transaction and handed me back the product by hand, didn’t offer me a bag, ask if I received help by anyone in store or even if I’d like to any of my Sephora points…I think Sephora beauty advisors have the potential to make or break a store’s energy, a customer’s experience, as I feel the store is intimidating enough as is for some people & with the energy I received today I’d much rather stick to either online shopping or driving from Niagara to the st. Catherine’s location which is unfortunate because some of the girls in this store truly have been very kind. The lady seemed like a supervisor/ manager figure. If that is the case I hope the employees are treated more kindly than I was.My two stars are for the other kind advisors and product range in store.

Worst customer service experience ever ! Save your gas , shop online or just go to St . Catherine’s location . I already filed my complain to the head office. You need to learn more from St. Catherine’s location ( Blonde lady with piercings- who has no idea how the store should be managed) because all the staff in St. Catherine’s caring , solution - focused and much much more professional!

I am a Rouge member and I do almost all of my Sephora shopping online because several of my experiences shopping at this location the employees have been rude to me / made me feel like I didn't belong there! As women why don't we be more supportive to fellow ladies!! It's a much better look.

Rude and racist customer service as pointed by other reviewers. If you are brown or POC, avoid this place. They will talk to you in a condescending tone. I was enroute to Niagara and made a quick stop to purchase few items.As someone pointed they will follow you closely on the pretext of 'helping' you as though you will steal an item. The cashier asked me in a unfriendly manner if someone 'helped' me or not and asked who specifically 'helped' me. I found her demeanor very unfriendly. Again if you are brown,AVOID this place.

When I went there the employees were all so sweet and helped me find the perfect face cream (first aid beauty). I wouldn’t have been able to find that without them!!

Your men's fragrance selection is somehow worse than the St Catharines location and they're a smaller store, so I congratulate you for that frustrating accomplishment. Other than that, the women that work here are friendly and helpful and keep my wife entertained long enough for me to watch Tik Toks and scroll on my phone so God bless y'all.
