Today I had a worst experience in Sephora Montrose Road Niagara Falls. Around 5 pm I visited there for buying some stuffs. But the lady on the cashier was so rude and rough. She literally ignores me. She neglected me and told me to wait and stay away. I was shocked because there is no body in the que. I don’t know why she told like that. After few minutes, she called me and prepared my bill. As an immigrant living in Canada for last three years , this is the first worst experience in my life. I feel so sad about this incident. Everybody are human beings, we have to be sympathetic and respectful to each other.

I had a great shopping experience at the Sephora recently. Christine showed me around the store and assisted in finding everything I needed. The rest of the staff were very friendly as well. I will definitely be back at that location again!

Went in looking for something, I needed help, I walked through the entire store, browsing the different brands. absolutely nobody talked to me, just talked with themselves, walking around. I ended up just leaving when I realized I had looked at everything, still didn't know what I wanted, and had nobody to ask for help. I'll be going elsewhere for my beauty products.

Went to Sephora in Niagara by Costco today with my step daughter. I will be honest, I have bladder issues and I usually limit my intake if I know I am going to be out. But today we popped in to grab a few things. Shortly after I asked the girl helping us if they had a bathroom. She said yes but someone would have to go with me. She said she would call someone. Well seconds later (that felt like minutes) nobody came so I went looking. I found a girl and asked her if she was busy with anyone. She said no I’m managing the floor. I asked if she would mind opening the bathroom for me. She said she couldn’t but it will just be a few minutes. I said “so is that a no?” She repeated herself as did I. I walked away and said thank you for helping me. Returning to my daughter the original girl said she would take me. Thankfully!! I know it was my issue but the floor manager could have helped! It’s not just about makeup! I still spent $100 as did my daughter. A little compassion would be appreciated.

I had an amazing experience at Sephora thanks to the wonderful associate Paige who helped me with finding the perfect foundation and bronzer. She was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the different formulas and shades that would work best for my skin. She even gave me several samples to try at home, ensuring I was completely satisfied with my choices. Her professionalism, friendly attitude, and personalized recommendations made my shopping experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend seeking her out for expert beauty advice and top-notch customer service!
I visited Sephora again today. I had a wonderful experience working with Christina! She was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect primer for my skin type and even went above and beyond by making custom samples for me to try. Her attention to detail and knowledge of products really stood out. Additionally, she helped me pick out the most beautiful blush—it's exactly what I was looking for. Christina’s expertise and friendly, personalized service made my shopping experience so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Niagara Falls Montrose Sephora: I will be taking my business elsewhere due to the lack of customer service. No greeting, no smiles, nothing. The staff is visibly annoyed with customers. I knew what product(s) I needed and ran out of there as fast as I could. I have dealt with a cashier named Adriana on two separate occasions. This individual is so rude and cold. It was an uncomfortable interaction. Because of her terrible attitude, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. The customer beside me at the cash register, looked at me and said, “you just dropped $400 in product, why is that cashier so angry?” I was floored that a stranger picked up on it. Adriana is very abrupt and robotic. There is no please and thank you-it was one word responses, no eye contact and an utter sense of hatred. I actually felt that she/her, hated me. That I, ruined her day. It was weird. I almost felt the need to address it directly with her, but it was very busy and the need to point it out, would have been embarrassing for her. Again, a very uncomfortable situation for me. There are other options such as Shoppers Drug Mary boutiques and buying directly with makeup companies. Sephora should send secret corporate shoppers in this store and make notes. Never again, will I walk into this store.

I come to this Sephora a lot and have spent thousands but I am super disappointed today! DoorDash had forgotten to put my receipt in the Sephora bag and this has happened before. When I call the pen Center location they are always helpful and quick to pull out my receipt if the driver has not taken the receipt. But whenever I have come to this location they are super dismissive and rude about it and say to contact DoorDash. I mean DoorDash won’t give me a back up receipt I have asked them Before. As I was walking out I said to Kat I believe she’s one of the managers that I feel so bad I ended up paying full price and she’s like okay how about you give me the stuff that’s in your hands and wait till you get the receipt for the items you paid full price for which she knew I was not going to be able to get. But it was in not a nice tone and pretty aggressive . So she proceeded to take the things out of my hand which was super embarrassing. Please be careful with how you treat your customers. I have also found some rude employees and management here. I will not be returning. And note to Kat though I have not had a significant amount of rudeness from you but I recommend giving a more welcoming vibe.

Super nasty attitude from the dude👨🏿🦲 at checkout
Not only did he make offensive allusive comments at my address, but he was super rude to the ladies in front of me as well.
If he's not ok doing a simple job he should go else where. No matter the day he had, that's nit an excuse. We're all humans with issues but it's not ok for anyone to behave this way at any point.
Never again.

This Sephora in Niagara Falls is the BEST ONE I’ve ever shopped at. 99% of the time I walk into a Sephora, I’m immediately overwhelmed by the ridiculous amount of people and how crowded it feels. It literally gives me anxiety and I just want to get out asap. I walked into this one and oh my gosh it was peaceful ☺️ I took my time and I didn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed. Was very nice 😊

September 26 2024. i went to sephora on 7555 montrose road niagara falls canada. the workers were terrible and weird. they didn’t greet me, my boyfriend and my sister, there was also barely anyone else in the store. i went in to get my freebie gift for my birthday (my actual birthday is the 13th but they ran out of freebies when i went on my actual birthday so they told me to come back during my birth month) my sister had brought some gift card for sephora that she was going to spend and so we were looking at some lip products for about 15-20 minutes. be mindful, shopping is different for every person and my sister is picky for what she spends her money on therefore she was taking a little bit longer than usual to pick what she wanted since it was so expensive. 2 workers with black hair and glasses the other one older and had a brown ish bob cut. they stood right beside us talking about the most random things. for example talking about colours of products for no reason right beside us. another different lady was just facing us pretending to be on her phone but was probably actually watching us. this made me uncomfortable and weird because i have touched one product and all of the sudden i’m being followed by employees. we walked to a different second of makeup so my sister could find a mirror and the same 2 workers that were beside us followed us behind the aisle behind us and was just talking about stuff again . we went to the drunk elephant aisle and someone else was there again. me, my boyfriend and my sister left the second after that and i have some recordings too of them just being where we were the whole time! we walked out and was ready to leave, but as i got in my car the worker that was following us, took off their work gear and held a sephora bag and acted like a costumer and went in the pet store next door. we waited in my car for 10 minutes realizing that she probably went through the back, back into sephora because she never came out. as we backed out of the parking lot, ANOTHER lady with red hair which ALSO changed her clothes and looked like she had her phone pointed towards me / my car and family. we drove away because i was not trying to deal with more problems when i was already upset enough. it honestly felt a little like they were racial profiling us because everyone in there was white except for me and my sister (we are asian) . my boyfriend who is white has been in that sephora with his white girl - friends and they had never happened to them. i’m so upset i had a bad experience with this place because i come here all the time and now i have to go to a different sephora in the town over. they absolutely ruined my experience there and i will not be going back to the one on montrose road ever again in my life. that place is disgusting

So i went to Sephora today. when i walked in the store i was not greeted the way i regularly am. The first employee i saw was leaning against the display talking to some guy. Idk if it was her boyfriend or what but she spent my entire visit time with this guy..
I waited patiently for help because i didn't want to interrupt but it was clear they werent going to end their personal chat anytime soon.
I was able to find what i was there for by myself and when i left they were still talking when i went past them,not even a goodbye lol
