In an emergency my fridge was replaced in two days. I chose them to replace the rest of my aging appliances. Including my stacked washer/dryer with the unit that does both and weighs 400 lbs. They matched the best prices and installers were fantastic. 400 lbs!

We just purchased 3 major kitchen appliances which were delivered and installed at the house. Just want to compliment the whole crew for their timeliness, being careful when handling the products and mindfulness of our floors and walls, and the perfect installation of the dishwasher, stove and fridge. Prices are great and products suit our needs perfectly. Great place to deal with and they are highly recommended by us. They really do provide excellent customer service and it is so great to support a local business that demonstrates that they care. Thanks everyone at Ray James!

The delivery drivers parked their truck right in front of the neighbour's driveway, and the neighbour asked them to move it, as she was taking the kids to school. They got into a heated argument over it. It should never have happened, as there was plenty of room to park the truck in front of our place. The delivery guys were unable to get the freezer into our basement, and we asked them to leave it in the kitchen. After they left, we called someone else to get it into the basement. We called the store to get a refund on the delivery, but was refused.That's not very professional... We always bought our appliances from Ray James, and their service was always good.

Very happy !!! We have always bought our appliances here. We tried the Brick once and it was just garbage all the way around. The service the quality … the saying is true you get what you pay for. Stacey was great and she was very knowledgeable… hard to find these days. I bought 5 appliances and so far am very happy. I told her what I wanted and she made great recommendations. The delivery guys were awesome. They were very careful with delivery and set up and they made sure everything worked before they left. Will continue to shop here. Thanks Ray James & Stacey ❤️

These people have no post purchase assistance. When I call them, 6 moths after purchase date for computer info, the response is ... call a appliance repair company, "we do not service what we sell".People beware, you are on your own when buying from Ray James.30/30.....thirty feet or 30 seconds!

5 stars across the board for this place.They have a great selection of appliances; stoves, microwaves, fridges, dishwashers, and the list goes on.Now, for my personal story of this business, I literally called every appliance store I could find and none of them stocked the part I needed (the agitator dogs broke on my wash machine) and the only other option was going to be Amazon, I called Ray James Appliance and as sure as the day is long, they stocked the part, I picked up the part I needed, in hand same day and for a price tag of around 7$ I am very pleased with the service I received there and found out they have been in that plaza for 30 years and the business itself has been around since the 60s, any chance I get to support local I do. Also, im happy to say my wash machine is back up and running!!If you are looking for any parts to repair any of your appliances I would highly recommend you call and ask if they stock the part, chances are they do as they had a huge selection of parts behind the front desk.Thank you everyone at Ray James Appliances for your help today!

Purchased a refrigerator and dishwash from this business. Great sales experience, appliances delivered as promised and installed by great guys. They cleaned up and were completely professional and reliable. Thank you for being so nice when I mixed up the delivery time.

I purchased a pump for a washing machine, which when I received this during covid lockdown where you had to go to the door and not allowed in store .I opened package, at home, and the pump is similar but not exact (different base)I called and the woman who spoke to their technician and said they just manipulate this to get to fit (paraphrase), which i felt would negate the warranty but I was not concerned as I don't want to buy a new machine and needed to save money (limited work).strangely enough the machine fault had cleared and I waited to see if the fault returned and machine must have cleared itself out.as life would happen I had emailed and asked to return about 6 months later (part never installed) and was told they have a 90 day return policy and would not accept this.again I've never been in the store to see a sign that may state that and going through covid closures and lockdowns, I asked for special consideration or someone else to reach out to and no response.serves me right, I was warned and should have went elsewhere.
