Best place to take your vehicle. I had an old van that was leaking fluids - took it to Pin Oak. They said they'd run some tests to find out where the leaks were coming from - they called me within half an hour - they only needed to do one test (only charged me for one test). John the owner informed me that the van was badly rusted underneath and although, he could do repairs strongly suggested it wasn't worth it and I should scrap it.
He then offered to check out any car I was thinking about buying - no charge.
I brought him a car I wanted -he took it for a test run, put it up on the hoist etc. He answered all the questions I had and even looked over the warranty that was offered. Didn't charge me a cent.
I felt really comfortable buying the car after John looked it all over.
Got a great car. Thanks John.
I recommend Pin Oak to everyone.

I was travelling thru from Philadelphia Pa (about 400 miles away) and owner helped me with simple trailer fix. Refused to take money and also gave me some information about 2/4 tires that were passenger car tires not trailer tires. Awesome place and highly recommend for honesty and just being helpful and decent.

I love this place so much, the customer service is amazing, they are patient and super helpful. I traveled almost 1 hour to get my tires changed because all my experience with Pin Oak was so good. I’ve trusted Pin Oak with regular maintenance, oil changes and seasonal tire changes for the past 4 years. The mechanics are all very knowledgeable and I feel safe knowing my car is in good condition when leaving the shop. As a female it can be hard finding a mechanic you can trust. But John always explains things to me in a way that I can understand. He’s honest with me about things that can wait to be fixed and when things need to be fixed immediately. On top of the exceptional service they provide, the office staff is also very friendly!!

My young nieve, teenage son went in for an oilchange and ended up with a nearly $1900 bill.****Beware, they prey on people here.The creepy owner took a picture of me when I tried to talk to him, I hope he frames it looks at it every night.Go any where elseThank you for your reply, you also omitted that yes he is honest, and when asked if you told him that the vehicle isn't worth repairing you never said it's not. You admitted that you just said it's" alot of money".The vehicle isn't worth over a grand, if lucky. But you had no conscience and no morales about taking his money for questionable work.
