Car wash is so pathetic, don’t even clean the basic dirt especially on dark Colors , take a minute of your time and. Heck right away if it’s dirty ask for refund or an extra wash.

Went early in morning to vacuum car. Put money in and nothing, accepted coins and wouldn't return them, so went into shop for refund. Guy behind counter said he couldn't do anything and I had to call number on machine for refund.Did and have never heard a word . Never again.

Vacuum is always not working and it’s included to what you pay for the season pass but they don’t care at all. They refused to give ticket and they’re so lazy and rude.

They sell seasonal passes for $300+. 90 days of washes, 1 wash per day. But they don't limit the amount that they sell. Every single time I drive by, there are 10+ cars lined up, which equates to 1 HOUR+ WAIT TIMES. They are the only carwash like this in the city, and it is constantly crowded, which makes it obsolete unless you have hours to wait at the carwash.

I came at 1:30am, there was no one and I knocked the door several times but no response at all. If the store is closed there should be closed sign So the customer could know about that.

I was here around 1:25am and wasn’t even able to find a single employee and kept waiting until the last minute and nobody showed up! Really disappointed onto the performance at this hour.

I came at 1 o clock jan 30th. I have been waiting for 10 minutes even knock the door several times but nobody responded.
Very disappointed poor management. Somebody should keep check on the employees.
