Why does Part Source advertise something when you go there to get it they tell you out of stock every where. They may of had 1 in stock to make it legal . If you can't carry a reasonable amount of stock don't advertise it or give out rain checks. Guaranteed I'll never step another foot in that store cause the way they operate

The receipt I had showed clearly the calipers I bought from partsource in full detail..BUT the receipt was for refunding the 80 per peice for the old calipers instead. A good valid receipt but not the official one.. and I could see by the sales persons behavior he gave me notbing but problem .. the refurbished calipers they sell have problems.. body language from him reveals that.

They didn't have what I wanted on the shelf. It was on special, and they didn't know if they had the product i wanted, after showing them the website both of gentlemen's who work there spent time getting it from the back for me, I'm happy with the service I received.

I called for a simple parts check, brake shoes for my lexus is 300 they said they do not carry them and they only use rotors and pads. I said I have the brakes apart and it's a drum / disc rotor and they argued with me. I hung up and went to parts source in St.Catharines they did not have it. but the guy looked up a third party and found it and said it will be here in two days .I could not wait...so.i went to jack dow in Niagara falls and got it the next day for a cheaper price.The parts source in Niagara are always rude and seems like they don't want to do business there. I would not recommend this store!

I was at part source last week and a young man was very kind and offered to install my wiper blades. Took him less than 5 mins to do both. Great customer service. I will be back

This place is a joke . Not only does any one there have any clue about vehicles they are very rude. Called 2 weeks ago for an I A C valve . They said they had to oeder one . Today they said they only carry motors ! Its a true disappointment as this has not been the first poor experience with them . I will never call.or go back there again . Simply pathetic place .

I called Part Source STC, csr was having problems with computer locating a part, I called this location in hopes they were not having difficulties. When told situation the rep told me that he was very busy with curbside pickup and expressed that if I already talked to someone at STC I should not have called this location, even given the circumstances.We are all extremely burdened by COVID but it's not an excuse for such poor cx-service.

This store went above and beyond to make what could have been a horrible experience a good one. A defective part purchased at another store had us stranded and this store arranged for a replacement part to be installed ASAP. The staff at this store really cares about their customers!
