Called Panoramic this morning and asked if they could fix a chip in my windshield andSpencer told me I could come in right away. Spencer is very professional, and a very nice person to deal with. He did a terrific job on my car and was not expensive at all. I am very pleased with the service received and recommend Panoramic(Spencer) to anyone who needs a windshield or windshield services. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Asked for a refund on a 1000 bill from Owner since my car had to be scrapped 2 weeks after the bill was paid up and was promptly blocked. After a few years of using the services and recommending others to the garage I expected more than personal feelings getting in the way of business. Recommend sticking to auto glass, not backyard body work. Cute dog tho

This place is a place to go. Not only was I able to call on a Saturday but he got what was needed and work into late hours to fix my truck and get me back on the road for the Long weekend. Do not go anywhere else but to this guy. Amazing service and just a great guy.

Spencer replaced the cracked windshield of my Audi A3. Very happy with his quick response, attention to detail and very reasonable pricing. The rain sensor actually works more consistently than before. My husband asked him to check out what he thought was a potential chip on his windshield. Spencer looked at it and confirmed it was simply a chip that had already been repaired. Very honest. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Hands down the best auto glass service in the Niagara region! Not only do they come directly to you, but Spencer is a true professional. The experience was quick, hassle free, and he did an amazing job on my windshield, plus pricing is much more reasonable than local competitors. Its great having the peace of mind knowing that I got a great deal and that I won’t have to bring it back due to leaks and/or poor attention to detail (unlike my previous experiences with other more expensive auto glass services).
