Previously had a quote from a different company to replace our boiler, spoke to John and he provided me with a quote within 15 minutes and it came back $7k cheaper than the other company. John came the next day and installed our new combi boiler which was as amazing as we were without heat for almost 3 weeks. Highly recommend to anyone who needs things done quickly and right the first time. Customer service was amazing. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks John & team!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Niagara Home Heating, owned by Jonathan Adams, and I couldn't be more satisfied! We had a brand-new AC unit installed, and Jon himself came out the very next day. The level of service was exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything in great detail and even did an inspection to ensure everything was perfect.
What truly stood out was Jon's fair pricing. He doesn’t price gouge like many other companies. He's a true local, offering honest and transparent rates. The customer service was nothing short of amazing—Jon made the entire process stress-free and pleasant.

Lifesavers!! The AC in our house decided to quit the day we were passing the keys to the new owners!! Instead of making a service call to the house, John coached me through the minor repair over the phone, saving me the money and time waiting for a repair person to come.

Very efficient company. I needed an old solar water heater removed from my roof. They were quick to book an appointment for the next day after I sent photos. They were very knowledgeable of the issue. The 2 guys that came were friendly and competent with the job, including removal of all parts.

Go no further if you need a friendly, honest, reliable home heating and air conditioning company. We recently bought a property in NOTL last Fall and ran into heating issues within the third month. John came to our rescue and had a new furnace installed the very next day. John and his crew were so polite, neat and clean. Just this week, we decided to add a ductless A/C system and there was no question who we wanted to do the work. John came through again and installed the unit within 2 days. Their work is amazing and very reasonably priced. I sleep well at night knowing Niagara Home Heating will be doing my annual maintenance for years to come!

Excellent. Great emergency response & soup to nuts follow up. Plenty of easy maintenance tips such as humidity levels and how they affect hardwood floors. Both John & Andre were responsive, friendly & knowledgeable.

I was having a problem with another Vendor's services and therefore was desperately looking for a local HVAC Vendor that would be reliable and helpful. When I called Niagara Home Heating and explained my issue regarding a non-functioning Builder installed Air Conditioner, the Owner ended up coming to the house early the next morning (a Saturday) to verify what was actually wrong with the air conditioner. By the Monday evening, we had a new air conditioner installed and working and providing the desperately needed cooling to the home. Thanks very much to John and Niagara Home Heating for this exceptional service that you provided last summer. Apologies for the late review, seeing as it is now already December!
