Been attending this pharmacy for many years, always greeted with a friendly hello and smiling faces. Even became good friends with the pharmacist and some of the staff. Truly feels like it always did at a small hometown pharmacy and I trust when I ask questions I will be answered promptly and correctly.

I don't have a doctor', or a Pharmacy! I had to come here to get my prescription filled, the lady charged me 80$, well I am covered, as soon as the other lady realized I was covered on Odsp, was she was so rude with an attitude! I will not be going in there again!. unbelievable the Pharmacist wanted to take my medication from me because I had a few words to say, so rude, no respect,!

This place; the more I get to know and use, the more problems I seem to have. I was perscribe by the Cardiologist a Bluetooth monitor. I spoke with the pharmacist, and asked if he could get me the Omron. He said that he could not and that he could only get a monitor from his warehouse. He never indicated that his warehouse does not have any Bluetooth monitors! So he sends me out his cheapest and most expensive monitor that was not filling the Docors perscriptions as it had no Bluetooth. His answer too me was that, I can take a picture and take the pictures of the readings too the Doctors. I wonder if he was going to pay my gas in order to give the realtime data that the Bluetooth monitor would. These people are ridiculous. When I called him the very next day, he refused too take the wrong product back. I'm stuck with it, so he thinks currently. P.s. I will suffer them by continuing my meditation supply here. It has been my experience that it does them more, by continuing and speak through reviews like this reality check on costumer service. Why do you think Ragui would do this. From his warehouse only, money in pocket, get ride of his old stock. Yes get ride of his old stock, as he did when he send me the Lybre 1 while the Lebre 2 was available. He off loaded all his Lybre sensors on people like me who he feels is a lower form of life. I would not recommend this pharmacy or pharmacist! Spoke to Niagara falls center pharmacy today at 2:pm on Oct 31 2022. It seem that this pharmacy does not sell any Bluetooth blood pressure monitor s. This is a pharmacy that serves a walk in clinic, and this pharmacy will hang up on you if you confront them. They refuse too take backthis monitor that was not perscribe d.

This is a small pharmacy and they don't have a lot of shelf items, but the staff is friendly and the location is convenient if you are already here to see a doctor.

myself and my family have been dealing with this pharmacy since we moved from oshawa ontario to niagara falls in March 2012 because it was the local pharmacy in the area, I have since moved to where there are many closer pharmacys that I could use but I will maintain my relationship with the Niagara falls centre pharmacy due to their personalized care with thrie clients and their awesome service.
