I went in today with my mom for a bra & I ended up getting two instead of one. Mary was very helpful & patient as usual with lots of options. My sister even got a bra recently from here as well.

The lady that assisted my mother had zero patients for a woman that has disability, didn't take the time to listen and figure out what she meant, as she describes things differently since her native language isn't English. Also sized bras terribly and insisted her bra be too tight. I had to demand a larger band. This was not a 1st experience, I had the same lady years ago and was not happy with her customer service. Treats people like they are lesser of a human.

Went into this store hoping to find a good bra.wow did I ever love the way they take there time with you so your happy. Exceptional customer service by the entire team of ladies.and a big shout out to Mary and Adriana for your time and patience. Definitely be back.

First time here after frustrating years of poor fitting bras and finally buying cheap Walmart bras for years. Immediately got a fitting and found out that I have been buying the wrong size, and doing it up on the wrong hook when trying on. First choice from clerk was good but 2nd try was perfect. Sh knew that this was my fist time here, and had to order the correct color in from other store. Even learns about proper bra care and purchased soap. Now have my first purchase and was a happy camper, even though I consider this a bit pricey for my liking. At home, looked a my receipt more closely only to find out, that this wonderful bra is not reorderable!!!!! What the…………. Spoiled my purchase as is if I want another, I now need to start over again.
