My father passed recently. He and his partner lived in the Falls. His partner was familiar with Morse & Son and it close for her and not far for myself.
When I walked in, it was so beautiful, comfortable and interesting. There are amazing little gems the more you look around. Dayna was brave enough to take us on.
I really wanted to take in this moment with him. His wish being cremation, I was fully aware it could be hard. I was prepared for whatever would be tattooed in my mind, more time with him is a fair gamble. There was so much chaos building around me. Dayna walked me in, and there was his beautiful face. It was one of those gifts that steals the air from your chest. A kindness that makes thank you feel useless. Replacing my imagine of him just days ago. I took in the moment and it was peaceful. Perhaps the only peaceful one that week, so it become so much more important. Dayna did everything possible for him. I will carry that kindness with me while I struggle through the rest. Dayna thank you for your grace. Thank you for making it a little easier on us, which probably made it harder on you. All of the people who put in time, who went out of your way, thank you.

There’s people are just saints! They have taken such such good care of my Granny. It’s been almost a month since the service and both Dayna and the Grief Counsellor have continued to be at service and care for our family.
They even helped with getting my great grandma buried - which was a legal and family nightmere. At no charge.
These people are saints, there truly in it to care for families.

These people are just Saints! They took such such good care of my Granny Maureen, and handled everything. They even helped sort out another loved one that was pre-passed for nothing. Dayna was such a kind soul. If you ever have to make these poor decisions about your loved ones, Please send your Loved ones here. These people are just Saints ❤️

We had an extremely unusual and stressful situation occur. Alain was a class act all the way. He helped navigate getting our loved one back to us on the other side of the country. His professionalism and compassion decreased the stress of the situation. His assistance was highly valued and appreciated. I highly recommend Morse and Son's Limited.

Morse & Son Funeral Home was incredible to work with! Losing someone you love is difficult and devastating! Not living in the same country as that person makes it that much more complicated and confusing. Everyone we came in contact with at Morse & Son Funeral Home was helpful, kind, compassionate, and went out of their way to help our family get the best care for our Grandma! When COVID lifted a little, they even helped get her back to us in the United States (her second home) to be reunited and placed with her late husband in a National Cemetery. There are no words to express our gratitude and appreciation to this company and the people that work there. A special shout out to Alain and the Owner for the generosity and extra assistance!

Sadly we lost my father on Canada Day, a few days short of his 93rd birthday . We had moved to the falls from Oakville a few years ago and not really knowing which funeral home to use but I remember passing 2 different ones on Main Street. I chose to go with Morse and Sons and couldn't be more pleased with my choice and glad my Mom agreed also.They practice all safety protocols regarding covid which is very reassuring for many people.Kathy and Pina, the front desk receptionists were very welcoming and kind and empathetic towards our loss and our grieving As was many of the other staff that we encountered. Thank you to Fred who showed compassion through his eyes as he held the door for us and expressed his condolences. To Mitch for giving me a reason to Smile and actually laugh also. He and Fred were a very refreshing part of one of my visits towards the end! (Haven't laughed in awhile!) Everybody here is genuinely sincere and they feel like an extended family after many visits in the last 2 months.Our Director, Kristin Paterson is the lady whom we had looking after every major detail regarding my Dad's passing. My Mom and I were in good hands with her and every little detail was taken care of without us having to remember 'what now? Who do we need to advise or call or write?' Don't worry, that is taken care of too. She is very good at her job and has true dedication to the company and her clients!! We can't express our thanks enough to her.We also decided to do 50 memorial folders to send to family and friends and we even received compliments on them as we chose the photos and backgrounds and words to be written but Caroline was the creator of them for us and she had them prepared quite quickly actually. To our surprise, they were done within less then 24 hours.Everything here is done in such a professional and friendly manner and we thank each and everyone of you so much for your kindness. Sorry if I had forgotten anyone else's names. You are also included.One more thing I might add is that my 87 year old Mom appreciated also how everything was handled so much so, that she has prepaid her own funeral. Everything will be taken care of for her (in hopefully the very distant future) as it was for my Dad. God Bless all of you wonderful people at Morse and Sons. 100% you will be in good hands with Morse and Sons. Look no further. You're in good hands.

Morse & Son Funeral Home is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff makes you feel so at ease during such a difficult time!!!!! I was so proud to have my Grandmother there!!!!!!!!! Morse and Son Funeral home is absolutely exceptional. Going through any type of loss is always hard but this funeral home had made the planning, execution and grieving process a lot easier. Everyone on staff truly made me and my family feel welcome.Ernie specifically went above and beyond to help us out. He was always there to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Ernie not only shed tears with us but was able to guide us thorough every step of the way. His warmth and true deep sorrowful towards our loss made me feel like he was going through a loss himself. He is such an incredible man who I depended because he thinks of every detail. He is so passionate at what he does and it truly shows.I have never planned a funeral before and having Morse and Son as support made everything special and a lot easier to go through. Executing a funeral during a pandemic left me nervous but this funeral home thought through everything! Everyone on staff ensured our safety without taking away from the importance in celebrating the loss of our loved one.I am recommending them to anyone who is going through any type of loss in which they are in need of funeral services. I promise you will get incredible support that goes above and beyond! You will not regret your decision in choosing Morse & Son.
