Our regular drug store. The young pharmacist is absolutely the best. He is so communicative, helpful and keen. He has given us advise and support, all excellent.

My wife has several times expressed how much she appreciates this Pharmacy. They are very dependable, call to confirm when prescriptions are ready, and are just really everything you want your Pharmacy to be.So just today, I brought some Puralator items in for return to Amazon. (There is a drop off there) The staff at the front counter helped me get things sorted and were super friendly and helpful. 5 stars for sure.

We really appreciate how helpful Martin the Pharmacist is. He is quick to answer all our questions and meet all our Rx needs. Being seniors, he is very patient and responsive to our inquiries.In fact, all the staff at Meadows IDA are great. We have been going there since 2016 shortly after we moved to Niagara. We are blessed to have Meadows be our Pharmacy and would give more than 5 stars if we could.Thank you so very much for all you do for us.

I dropped a prescription off today and was treated very unprofessionally by one of the gals in the pharmacy department. I do not understand why someone working in the healthcare system with the public would be so rude and belittling. My family and I have been going to meadows for years and lately my grandmother and I have both had a negative experience with the same girl and do not want to be treated so poorly when we are simply just picking up a prescription. I hope this review will ensure that other people are not treated the same way I was.

It's unfortunate that one bad apple has spoiled the bunch in the Pharmacy Dept. Her unprofessional attitude and the way she speaks condescendingly to Pharmacy customers is truly shameful & she lacks even an ounce of respect. This isn't the first time I've been treated so terribly by this person but it is certainly the last. I have taken my business elsewhere. No one who works in a Healthcare setting that deals with people who are sick & in need of medications should be allowed to treat people like she does. Shame on you!

Pharmacy is run incompetently and unprofessionally. While businesses have dropped mask mandates, this pharmacy demands it stating it is their policy. What policy? Extremely rude and unacceptable approach to dealing with customers.

Moments ago I called to book a covid-19 vaccine. The province announced today those over 40 could now begin booking appointments at local Pharmacies. I called and was rudely told by the woman who answered "We don't do that here" Click. I didn't even have a chance to ask my follow up question before she hung up which was, are my dad's meds ready for pickup. I thought it was very rude.

My family has dealt with Meadows for 50+ years. Today June 19, 2020 I was cashing out and the new young lady being trained by Andrea was the rudest, most immature girl I have ever encountered there. Halfway through ringing up my merchandise she rolled her eyes and walked away.
