I have been waiting a week and a half for a prescription. Took it in on a Sunday; they didn't have the med and had to order it. It would be in on Tuesday, they said. They'd call me to let me know. Tuesday came and went: no word. I called Wednesday. They promised it would be in on Thursday and they would call me. They didn't. It is now Tuesday afternoon, nine days since my first visit, and I've given up hope.

My parents have been with this Pharmacy for the entire time they have lived in Niagara.At one time this Pharmacy was wonderful- caring, customer oriented and reliable.For the last 18 months it’s just gone downhill. After calling head office to get some help and hopefully move back to a positive experience no one at the Pharmacy ever called back. This week had another issue- although I received an apology it was certainly not at all sincere.And since this all started pre Covid the excuses now that it’s all because of Covid don’t work- yes Covid has made being a pharmacy an incredibly difficult thing.But being busy and stressed does not mean you take it out on the people you are supposed to help. We moved yesterday to another pharmacy- but I have no doubt they will not care

The staff is not friendly or knowledge. I was told I needed to call my insurance company and when I did the insurance company said no it went through then was cancelled. I went a few times and nothing ever went smoothly.

Horrible experience with front counter staff. Not only do they ignore people walking up for prescription pickup, they are unwilling to even offer basic communication with customers. Once I had paid for my prescription the employee dropped my bag on the counter, turned and walked away. Surely they can find some employees that have even minimal people skills.

I love it!
