Driving through town on my way home I stopped for a few items. Nice clean store (including customer washroom). I used the self check out and apparently I earned 10,000 bonus points! Thanks.

We have been shopping at Jim's No Frills for over 20 years now. The store is usually clean with a good selection of on sale flyer items. Many of the staff have been there as long as I can remember, and they often recognize me and my wife, and they always have a smile for us. While there are some rare occasions where the produce isn't as fresh as we would like, any time we have ever expressed concern about anything in the store, those concerns are taken seriously, and appropriate aid is offered in that instance. As with all grocery stores, it seems as though things are getting more expensive, but this No Frills location has done a good job of continuing to offer a good selection of products at, generally, reasonable and sometimes excellent prices. Highly recommend Jim's No Frills for both Niagara residents and visitors alike.

Absolutely disgusted with my experience at No Frills today around 6:50 PM. A staff member was glaring at me while I was using the self-checkout, constantly interfering like I didn’t know what I was doing. To top it off, they spoke to me with such rude, condescending attitude. Completely unacceptable behavior.
