My initial greeting was substandard for customer service, the rep promptly retrieved my items from the back shelves, I told them I am tax exempt, I was given an excuse about and them having an American system and would not accept tax exempt, another rude rep spoke up and said I can apply to the federal government for my tax or take my business elsewhere, which I promptly did. Will never shop there and will let it be known to everyone I know what to expect.

I went into Jack Dow this afternoon, I wanted a large container of Lucas Fuel Treatment, I found it and to the salesperson, I asked if they priced matched , I said that Peavy Mart was having a sale, I heard another sales person ( a short stocky , short Grey haired) ,Saud well go to Peavy Mart then, I called our for Laura, ( I have been a customer for 30 years), I don't understand the snarky remark, this lady is a snarky ,even when she worked at Parts Source on Lundy's Lane , she was snarky and has a chip on her shoulder. If you work in retail, that isn't a good way to retain customers.

Website says 5:15 closing time showed up 20 min before closing and guess what they were closed. Very unreliable company

Needed some replacement calipers. They had them in stock even though my car is a bit older and less common now, so I was able to get them replaced right away. Prices were perfectly reasonable and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Not the best service, stood there for 10 minutes while they handled personal calls no one even asked if I needed help etc. Ended up leaving, they did not have what I needed anyways, mostly same stuff you can get from Canadian tire etc.

Girlfriend just got a battery here!! Interstate batteries are too notch and service has always been spectacular! Only place i go, or will send someone for batteries!! Also one of the best places to get parts!

Couldnt find my matching color at canadian tire or any other autoshop so I googled and found this place.Long story short, I gave then a color code that I want for an aerosol sprayIt end up not matching my car's bluish color. It was more violet. Very far from the color I want. $40 worth of nothing. Find other place if youre trying to find custom sprays.
