It was excellent from the beginning of choosing everything to the day of the funeral. The luncheon was excellent. I have no complaints. The staff went out of there way to have everyone comfortable. We were very pleased!!

Thank you for your support during the difficult time of losing my mom just a year and a half of losing my dad it has been hard. The staff has been amazing and supportive during the time when it all difficult. Thank you again for everything

Heatherington & Dean's took great care of our family in one of the hardest moments of losing our Mom. Holly and staff were amazing to answer all questions and even give advice on days to come. I can't express the amount of relief the staff gave us in our time of grieving and mourning I will be forever thankful. Professional, caring and informative everything we needed.

Hetherington and Deanes was very efficient, professional, empathetic and patient. They provide guidance and choices along the way. They give you time to process everything and privacy to discuss your options and choices. We felt relieved and good after we left the funeral home knowing everything was looked after.

A big thanks to the team at Hetherington & Deans Funeral Chapel for their time, services and true professionalism. My mother's recent funeral was well thought out, quickly and easliy planned during this very emotional time. Darlene the honorarium captured the life and times of our mother and she delivered an excellent service to loved ones, family and friends. The live steam was just as emotional for those who could not make it to the service. A BIG thank from my family and I. I highly recommend Hetherington & Deans. Thanks.

Hetherington & Deans has done all of the funerals in our family for as long as I can remember. None of which I was a part of. Unfortunately after my mothers untimely passing in the beginning of July Hetherington & Deans and their amazing staff were there to help every step of the way. I would highly suggest them. They're all so compassionate, understanding, helpful, and show so much care with the full process. They helped make an incredibly difficult time just that much easier. I couldn't thank them enough.

This company has been amazing beyond words... I will try and sum it up a bit!My Mom's service was held here in 2001. My brothers in 2016, which I organized myself as the POA and had direct involvement with all staff and details involved. And now my sister in law in 2023 which other family members are organizing and have utmost appreciation for this company as well!When my Mom passed I was merely 13. Even as a teen I could feel the compassion and genuine care for those involved and the the willingness to go above and beyond to make every step of the way, as easy as it possibly could be.When my brother passed suddenly and there were small children who attended, the staff asked if I'd like the children to be able to write and draw on the casket and it's my most treasured memory to date! The staff made the whole process flawless!Now as we move into another service and another unfortunate passing in our family, it is evident that this company has held it's standards, their care, compassion and dedication to everyone who walks in their doors!From 2001-2023, Thank you Heatherington and Deans for always being there for my family ??

My mom passed away just before a weekend in January. Holly and her team were ready to help right away and worked with me for timing, since I live 2 hours away. Diana was a huge help the days leading up to the funeral and was ready and able to help with anything, including untangling my mom's necklace. The funeral was great, the chapel beautiful. Thank you so much for all you guys did for us!
