Only been there 2 so far but the service is amazing good prices lots of different variety there also good deals I was able to get 2 pre workouts and a shaker for just shy of 90$ to me that’s a good deal I asked for a high stim pre workout and got a lot of different recommendations and was able to find a great pre workout for me 10/10 would recommend you come here if you want good costumer service good recommendations and all around good vibes and a lot of variety

We pop in there monthly (especially on Tuesdays for the BOGO sales) to pick up our supplements and every single time we walk in, we are always greeted in a great way.
All the staff are always so polite and informative and very helpful if/when we want to try out a new product/brand.
You don’t need to go anywhere else!
Grab a smoothie on your way out because they are the best in the city!

Paul the owner and his employee were very helpful, friendly and informative with assisting me to get products I was looking for and educated me without taking up too much of my time. I recommend going to this hercs. They were also great at not overselling or pushing anything on me. Great deals also.
I purchased kre-alkalyn and oxyshred.

Hercs is only described in one word, fantastic. It's fantastic service, Shawn (I recall his name was) is really kind, and was offering to help me with certain products and guide me over in the right direction, he suggested I get diesel protein powder, either milk chocolate or the new Easter egg flavor! I bought the milk chocolate one and I really like it, I also mix it with a little bit of limitless protein, the chocolate one, and it makes it perfect, no aftertaste, and it's rich and creamy!
Fantastic products as well, I will continue to shop here for the rest of my time!

I went in on March 26th, 2023, with some questions about a purchase I went back to make on the 29th. I liked that my questions were answered, and they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. If anything I got talked out of buying things I wasn't quite ready for just now. They probably could have over sold me, but didn't.I feel I got the best bang for my buck in my purchase, and the needs I was looking to fulfill were met. Herc's is my 'go to' and I will be back. I have confidence that as my needs change in the months and years ahead, that they will take care of me.

Great customer service and friendly. I like how they don't push items on you unless you ask about it specifically. Lots of variety. Only thing is its easy to drive past this place and miss it, kinda hidden.

Love this Hercs here in the falls. Been to a ton of them over 20 years and I'm glad to say this has been my permanent stop for about 5 years now since living here and not because of location as I'm the type of person who has no problem driving great distances to places if I'm impressed. Here it's always professional, clean, not rushed or pushed out of store, accommodating, mature and quite helpful. Great job guys, you have a lifer here that's forsure. Think it's about time you guys hook up a free T-shirt though that's for sure lol.

Paul, Adam and Matt have been so incredibly helpful, I recently really started my fitness journey and I’ve asked them more questions than I can recall and they have taken the time to really help me pick out the right supplements to really see great results! Absolutely love going to Hercs Niagara Falls for sure! Added plus is the delicious protein shakes they have!
