We loved our shopping trip here. We were greeted as soon as we entered as well asked if we needed assistance.
I did get a little frustrated about the lack of prices on many items. When I took my purchase to the till, the sales associate had to get another person to find the correct price.
We found the stock plentiful, nicely arranged, and well organized. Aside from the lack of price tags.
I bought a beautiful pinkish handbag and matching wallet for my daughter - a birthday present. I'm sure she will be super excited with them both. The price of both the handbag and the wallet were about 1/4 of what I would pay at a regular Guess Store.
Overall, great store - friendly staff - good deals on awesome products!!
We will be returning in the fall for Christmas shopping for sure!! ?

I am reviewing late,after a month but I want to as the customer service is very bad. I want to buy something but I feel disregarded there. If you want to earn customers, respect them first. I don't like to go there again.

One of the worst experiences, gave the left shoe size for both, have been calling them, the only answer they give, they will revert. Have been trying to get in touch but in vain!

Not a pleasant place to shop u feel like ur being attacked as soon as u step foot inside no enjoyed in shopping Chinese girl today at the cash was very rude no manners whatsoever and no eye contact very disappointed will not be returning to this store ever again unprofessional and headcoffice will be notified

Very friendly employees you are achknlowdged as soon as you enter the store and told about any sales goin on and point you in the direction you need. Sales clerks are always offering to help with whatever you need. Very clean & tidy store.

I visited the store few days before and i found store really good with new arrivals. Price match and collection is wonderful. The staff was wonderful and helpful, They are too descriptive about the products and helped me with the selection and range of collections they had. one of the employee name pooja was really helpful and attention was provided to customer as required. Experience was great and looking forward for the new year sale to arrive and again shop at store. keep up with customer service in the store, Thanks to pooja and team for the great service.

Yesterday I had worst experience ?…I visit here because I want to do price match for my purse I explain whole thing to one lady then after she went for some personal reason and replace with another lady named POOJA which I completely understand that what was the reason for going. Again I have to explain everything to POOJA, which we did. She wanted to check everything again and wasted our time coz we already did that before.When we were leaving the store POOJA told to the first lady who is servicing us first that they had an attitude & then I just told that I heard what you were telling, she flipped the scenario. we had long argument on it also her body language is not at all good for the front line worker or as a sales representative. GUESS what at the end she told me that’s your perception that is very rude to us!!Very ridiculous customer service..
