I completed the 6 week transformation and it was amazing. I loved all the classes I went to, the space is clean, exercises are different every week and keeps me engaged. I am a beginner to fitness and I never felt judged at the classes. Rawan does a wonderful job leading the classes. Josh is pleasant, always available for any questions, and very knowledgeable. I’d recommend Go Fitness Niagara to anyone and everyone :)

I’m so happy I signed up for the 6 week challenge! Josh’s encouragement throughout the six weeks really help me get full results. I am grateful he was always available to answer all of my questions! GFN is a very clean, spacious and well equipped gym. Classes are organized and easy to follow for new members. Through GFN, I got amazing guidance with the nutritional and fitness aspect and made amazing friends along the way. Saturday Zumba classes are a blast and I highly recommend adding them to your routine!

Regardless of what your fitness goals are, Go Fitness is the gym to help you achieve them. If you know you need to get active and get healthier, but don’t know where to begin, Go Fitness is the gym for you. The guided 6 Week Challenge is an incredible program for anyone who needs a kick start and accountability to get on track. This is my second challenge and I knew exactly who could help me achieve my goals. I’m feeling healthier, stronger and happier.Josh Green, Rawan Mandil and the GFN community are welcoming and non-judgmental. The workouts are challenging and you are encouraged to push yourself, while also respecting your body. If you need a modification or just need to take it a little slower some days, GFN has your back. Whatever your fitness level or goals I cannot recommend GFN enough. You will not be disappointed.

My journey started around five years ago, a friend of mine said let's try it. Honeslty I was skeptical because there are so many "quick" fix scams. I started my 6 week challenge and realized that this was nothing of the sorts. The support and encouragement of Josh and his trainers was unbelievable. Then the dreaded covid, I stopped going and I was at that time in the best shape I have ever been in. I gained a fair bit of weight back and fought myself for month's about coming back . Firstly embarrassment from letting myself go so easliy. I signed up for the resent challenge and the first thing Josh says to me after I explain my situation is "welcome home". I have not looked back. Finishing my 6 weeks at 7 percent body fat down and 12 pounds, I know this is just the beginning. Such a supportive group of members. Josh's impressive way of making class go by quickly with his jokes and kind demeanor. Rawan is an amazing soul who doesn't miss a beat at her classes either. Thank you both and I know I am exactly at the place I need to be so I can continue this journey. Highly recommend is an understatement. If you are serious about a change this is the place ???

I love this place! On every level - the workouts, the trainers, and the sense of community that comes with it - this place is a 20/10. If you've been debating giving it a try, do it! But beware, you'll likely become obsessed and feel better than ever.

A special thank you to Josh Green who pulled off the amazing feat of guiding me through his 6 week transformation challenge at Go Fitness Niagara. I was tired of being tired and knew a drastic change in my approach to fitness was needed. I couldn't be happier with my decision to join this group. Josh is a rare individual who lives and breathes Health & Fitness. His approach to training is perfect for all levels, but really works for the beginner like myself who could barely do anything the first class. At the beginning of every workout he points out the easy, medium , and hard versions of how to approach each exercise. He is more concerned with technique than ability, knowing the two will eventually come together. Josh's knowledge on nutrition is all encompassing and this fuels the transformation from within.I have lost weight, while strengthening my core, and as a result my blood pressure has normalized after creeping in the wrong direction over the last year.I am looking forward to continuing the journey at this great club.Thanks Josh.

I’m so happy to have found out about this wonderful establishment! Participating in the 6 week challenge at Go Fitness Niagara with my husband has been such a wonderful experience! Going to a regular gym can be rewarding, but Josh and Rawan make going to THIS gym extra special. It’s such a welcoming environment, with a wonderful, supportive “family” to keep you motivated! Josh is super knowledgeable and present for you if there are any questions or concerns you may have along the way. Rawan is an amazing trainer as well! Her approach is unbelievable, and the care she shows to each member during classes is second to none.This program guarantees results, and it %100 delivers! We are super happy with the outcome from this challenge and look forward to carrying the knowledge we have gained throughout our day to day lives!If you’re on the fence, just go for it and give it a try! Definitely worth it! Bravo ??

This is the most amazing gyn around. I just finished a 6 week challenge and although I did not meet my targets the support of John andbhisbteam was amazing. The gym atmosphere is like no other it is has become a family. Although I didn't meet MY goals I still lost weight and improved my overall health. The compliments I have received prove that this has made me difference and I am looking forward to what this journey will continue to offer.

For some time, I had been exercising to try and improve my health. Over the years, I have tried to do this in many ways (strict CrossFit, sports, traditional box gyms, etc.) I have never really been athletic and any successes I have had was in my younger years.As I have gotten older, my health, fitness and weight has been much more difficult to manage. I was looking for a change.A friend recommended Go Fitness Niagara and I tried it out. Immediately, I felt this was a perfect fit for me. Their approach, using body weight and cardiovascular based exercises is outstanding! Josh Green, the lead trainer and operator of this facility, is very attentive and goes out of his way to ensure that every participant is getting the most out of their efforts.The gym members are also very supportive of one another. The environment is so friendly, and we all have similar goals; we want to be healthier. It’s a very inclusive environment!Josh has many innovative approaches that helped me further optimize my health. His nutrition program is excellent, and he made himself available to help me whenever I asked.I have lost a significant amount of weight and feel so much better. My weight, over a relatively short time, has improved dramatically. I look forward to building on this with Josh and the other members at this gym.This facility was absolutely amazing for me and has been one of the best things I have done for my personal health in a very long time. GFN is an awesome gym! I always get a great workout every time I go! The trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable! Josh takes the time to answer any questions. I can’t say enough about my experience with gofitnessNiagara.The workout classes are awesome.Warm welcome, it isn’t intimidating to walk into the room lots of different shapes and sizes ages men and women all there for their personal goals, and yet supporting each other along the way I have been attending for the last seven weeks and every time I go for a workout I never know what to expect, and the workouts are always different.no need to worry if you feel you are not strong enough, Josh and his team do an amazing job of showing you an alternative for the moves within your capability, I am loving the changes in my body, bringing out the confidence , confidence for me was a huge thing, as I felt I had got lost along the way, and I am happy to be finding the healthy me and loving every minute of it. confidence for me was a huge thing, as I felt I had got lost along the way, and I am happy to be finding the healthy me and loving every minute of it.I can’t think Josh and his team enough for all the support and hard work, and I look forward to spending more time with them and I look forward to continuing my journey with gofitnessNiagara #GFN

I finished the 6 week bootcamp challenge and I will be continuing my membership. The classes are a really good variety of workouts, and push me harder than I would be able to at home. Working out with people of all different ages and fitness levels is wonderfully inspiring, and I feel like I have a good start to continue my fitness journey.The bootcamp challenge diet was easy to follow, and I learned a lot so will be able to use that going forward as well.

So I have done this 6 week challenge several times in the past. Each time I do it I achieve some goal weight loss , eating cleaner, and more this time was to bring my weight down and be more consistent with the clean eating but most of all to be more healthy covid + menopause has caused me to gain weight and be very uncomfortable in my own skin in many ways .I have tried to lose the covid and menopause weight but only got discouraged and would quit. So I decided to do this challenge again with Josh and his GFN team and I might not be at the place I want to be but I am headed in that direction . I Have become more organized with meal prep and learning to post properly and more consistent on the my fitness pal app aswell. I have started to lose weight plus my bmi level was in the high red and now I am on the edge of being in the yellow ....thanks for this I am feeling better and can notice a difference all around .Thanks Josh and Rawan
