“New customer. I recently placed my first order for N2O, but mistakenly ordered food grade when what I needed was Automotive use. Quentin through email follow up asked to verify delivery and my response mentioned that I was actually looking for Automotive N2O but ordered food grade after not being able to find auto use gas on the website. He responded early next morning and changed to the correct gas for me and gave me the proper part number for future orders, and verified the delivery date window. Great follow up and assistance for a new customer who is not familiar with the process. Quentin should be commended.”

Also Fadel explained the "spin and win" and soon after i won an energy drink!!!!!!!!! “First impression is always the last as they say. On my visit to this location wasn’t all that awesome, but the owner and employees had grew on me. The business all the older short ladies very awesome her customer service kills I would give it 100 and Kimora Kim or another worker she’s awesome as well everyone I would say is good the price is always great to you always getting a welcome a great gas but for you to visit you can have your tire pumped here in your tire wash your windscreen you can get guns anything pertaining to your car in the care of your car you could find it at this gas location don’t forget to give it a visit”

“My fourth gas station stop in Niagara falls trying to find my preferred brand of cigarettes. 2 of the 4 places just said no and wouldnt even check. I jiat stopped at this circle K and not only was the worker polite but he also checked and found my preferred brand. His name was MIT and he was extremely polite. So much so I am writing this review. Its rare I find so.eone ao helpful, polite, patient and eloquent in the service sector. MIT deserves thanks. If I owned a gas station I would of pffered him more money than whatever he 8s paid to work for me.”

“Fountain machine was not operating the time and that was theory reason I was there.Lots of other snacks available though I didn't get anything.Helpful staff but his accent was too thick for me to understand. He was trying to explain all the snacks. They were in non-english packaging.”

“I had some difficulties using the tap screen on the charger itself to get the session started but was able to get the charger to work through the Flo app. I wish there was a picnic table on the property there to sit down while the car was charging However there are a few businesses nearby that you could visit while you wait.”

“I love car washes, they are very calming and exciting to see each different one. This car wash was a yes for me, it had a equality soap aka colourful soap. It first started off rinsing the car with water, then white soap, then went over top with a beautiful rainbow of soap which is obviously a yes for me. I love fun colours and especially in car washes. Moving on. The reason I didn’t make this a 5 star is because at the end of this great car wash it didn’t have the best drying cycle. Left our car wet in not even a lot but most spots, and left the front and back area dripping with water. Other than this specific issue which isn’t a necessity to be fixed but it should (if you want the extra star) I would say this car wash is a yes for me!”

“Staff is very polite and friendly. Only gas station and only 24 hour store which always always says yes for using washroom. Washroom always clean. I was there yesterday night shift guy was very kind and always have smile on his face. He helped me in a lot of things. Thanks to that guy. It was really good customer service. I suggest everybody to go this gas station any time for using restrooms. Even they clean gas then every other gas station. Thanks”
