I love easy home. Today is this best his customer service is excellent and finds a solution to fit your budget and he’s just so good. Go check out Easy home in Niagara Falls and ask for Toray he’s the best in the business.

I’ve dealt with another Easy Home location in my old town and had a terrible experience but I’ve been dealing with this location for a few months and so far my Fridge and the customer service have been great !Thanks guys :)

I a couple of items that I'm paying for weekly for bout a year not ..have never been late on none of my payments and somehow there was a mixup on my bank or their end but it doesn't matter who not doing the blame game..but they didn't take mony out of my bank for 4 days saying I was late ..so they wanted ne to pay the late fee and wouldn't remove ut so I called head office they said call the sture to get it removed they wouldn't and still they wouldn't take the money out of my bank I said fine take ut out and then they took utbout of my bank within 5 minutes wow ..I really think ghey just did that so they could get late payments they must have a quota ..and the store I called they all are very rude and not 1 person has customer service... I told them I will be posting on online they said go right ahead

Everything about this place is a joke. Terrible customer service. You can’t talk without them talking over you. Constant screw ups with payments. Rude. If I could return my product and start over again somewhere Else I would. Beware.
