I recently had the pleasure of working with Rob and his team at DecoMerch, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the quality of their embroidery exceeded my expectations.Having used other companies in the past, I was initially hesitant, but Rob listened to my concerns and demonstrated a genuine commitment to delivering top-notch results. What stood out the most was their meticulous attention to detail. They managed to perfectly capture the intricate elements of my logo that other providers struggled with. Not only did they meet my expectations, but they went above and beyond to ensure every stitch was flawless. The end product was not just a piece of apparel but a true reflection of their skill and professionalism. We had no prior experience with this company. We reached out to inquire about their ability to embroider on a lab coat or if they advised to have a patch created for our vision. They offered some suggestions and their prices were so reasonable, we were actually pleasantly surprised!
We created the design, they brought it to life! Thank you so much for creating exactly what we were looking for and making the process seamless!
Would highly recommend and they’ll be our first call in the future if the need for this comes up again!

I work for a private company with several hundred employees on the payroll. We wanted branded apparel for everyone of our staff to mark the 25th anniversary of the company's founding. We decided immediately that we'd like to partner with a local business and requested a quote from Decomerch after chancing upon them through word of mouth. I was immediately met with friendly service and had nothing but a good experience from there. They were able to meet our precise requirements while offering excellent feed back and suggesting ideas along the way. They were timely at every step and exceptionally patient (as anyone, I admit, has to be when partnering with me). Most importantly we were very happy with the final product. The majority of our staff have been coming to work with our branded sports bags and water bottles and I've been happy to see many arrive wearing our tuques and tshirts - I know I have. It's strengthened the company culture and helped make coming to work feel a little more like coming back to family for all of us here. We love the product and it's been a sincere pleasure working with you. My only regret is if I knew it would be this seamless, I would have stressed less beforehand. Thanks again.
