Had my tires changed a few days ago by someone whom I thought I could trust. That someone told me I needed almost 1k in work to be done on my vehicle. Something didn't sit right, so I started calling around for a quote. Jeremy told me straight up that he doesn't re-quote work that's already been quoted without seeing the vehicle. He mentioned that he was super busy but that he would try his best to get his guys to look at my van. He called me a few hrs later to tell me the issue was not the issue, and the 1k in work was now going to be $435. I owe these guys a huge hug. I'm literally down on my last, and they saved me more than they know. If you're looking for a HONEST mechanic, then look no further causes these guys are amazing. Thanks to Dave and his crew for helping with a very unexpected issue with my Jeep Wrangler!
I felt something wasn't right with my vehicle while driving on the highway. Thankfully I was already heading to the shop to meet my hubby he was in getting his own vehicle serviced. They took my concern seriously, diagnosed the problem (seized brakes was he issued...ugh) but within a day my vehicle was fixed!
Thanks again for helping, I have total peace of mind and appreciate that your team helped when I needed it!
To preface this, my hubbys transmission went, while we were out of town, they took us in when we could make arrangements to get it towed back to the shop in NF. This job was going to take a while, so Dave offered my hubby his vehicle to use until we got his back, which was pretty stand-up. While it was going to be costly, what transmission job isnt? They investigated thoroughly & diagnosed the issue and it was much less than the $$$$$$ of dollars we anticipated it to be.

My Pilot had the check engine light on, made an appointment and Dave checked it and cleared the code - which fixed the issue - and didn't charge me!

I had a roadside emergency where my car broke down. I walked to Dave’s where he helped me get a tow and he took care of me. The team quickly helped me out of a jam as I am not from the area. I would recommend anyone in the Niagara region to use Dave’s as his team is fair and honest. Thanks again Dave!

Used to attend the dealer for my car... now I go here and only here. Amazing service. Works with the client to make the vehicle get fixed. Does not push anything onto you.

My car gear shifter got stuck while visiting Niagara Falls. I called the CAA and the driver tried to release the shifter but it didn't move so I towed my car to this garage which was recommended by two people. It was around 10.00pm so I left the car there and went to see if they could do something in the morning. I appreciate that they were able to see my car even though they were very busy. I was told that the mechanic was able to release the shifter in few minutes and when I asked the cost for the repairs Dave told me nothing because his mechanic was able to fix it quick. I really appreciate the way they run the business and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a garage run by these honest people.
