This branch is quite philanthropic with their client's time, spending it generously. Was waiting in the lineup, two counters open. One had two people resolving some computer issue and other was chatting up without end on banking unrelated topics. At the time there was more employees than clients in the branch. I left before having chance to get to the counter, unfortunately I run out of time.

The inside ATM the divider between the two ATMS is see through I'm torn on how I feel about it. One hand no one can hide behind it, but on the other hand the person next to you can see what you are doing...I felt uneasy.

Most tellers working on weekends are not friendly to customers. I don’t recommend this branch.

Don't even Bother to go to this Branch for bankingThere a reason there are all these low ratings to this branchI went to update my Middle Name on my file I provided Two pieces of accepted ID And answered all the questions to The Customer service Representative Michael after More than 15 minutes waiting He asked his Supervisor or manager to help him She came and asked me to sign on a piece of paper I did and again she asked to sign and Michael took my Driver's license and put it in a machine to verify if it's fake or not I was curious like what's going on Than the supervisor or manager started to ask random questions like where do you work,when did you move into the address where you stay and some other unrelated questions Just to add my middle name to my file and The supervisor or manager asked to get my Passport I was like I have two ID in front of you and you asked me all the possible questions and I answered them correctly so what's the issue?She said I need passport or she can't helpI called the CIBC customer care and they Filed a complaint and told me that they should have accepted The ID which I provided and update my nameAVOID THIS BRANCH IF YOU WANNA SAVE YOUR TIME REALLY BAD AND RUDE SERVICE

I have been a client of CIBC since I was 21. I made the change from other banks because they took me seriously when I came to them wanting to grow my small account and begin Investings and mortgages and more. Even just last year moved my mother's investments as she was also not getting any assistant or relief with economy changes. Our bank contact answers all our questions whether it's silly or not. They also get in touch and truly do try to make the best decisions with us and for is. My experience, even when extremely stressful is always made a bit better at this branch.

Bad customer service. One of the male tellers didn’t want to take my coins because he said it’ll take him “15mins to count them”. Instead, he gave me rolled paper and asked me to do it myself. Took me only 6mins and 32 seconds. (YES, I RAN A TIMER.) The thing is, he took my coins already before amounting to something over $30 so idk what’s the issue this time. It’s weird that the bank doesn’t want to be inconvenienced over something that’s clearly their job more than mine. Annoying.

This is a busy branch which handles our urgent need with grace and compassion. There were no appointments available that day but they arranged an appointment at another branch and gave clear directions and assurances.Jocelyn was most impressive.

Went in to withdraw some cash from my account the teller asked me WHY I was withdrawing my money, excuse Me its None of your business why.. STOP ASKING ITS RUDE AND NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS... not happy with this branch

CIBC does not recognize a Canadian passport as an identity document. What is CIBC doing in Canada without recognizing the main Canadian document? I have had multiple problems with this.

The teller and manager didn't know how to pull money out from my account which I have done this 3 times this month before they had no problem but this guy didn't even know what to do and the person he asked for help didn't know what to do and tried to refuse me and not give me my money I told them they have done this before this month and they looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about so Ive stood there at the teller for about 15 minutes waiting for this guy to push buttons to try and figure it out when the other times it took them 2 minutes to do

I was not satisfied with the relationship with this CIBC Branch. So I closed my account. For the account closure also was difficult.They make me to come twice for account closure.
