The customer service here is more than generous! I'm glad I chose to buy my car battery here instead of the supplier a few doors down. My Sienna died in a plaza down the street, but Armando was nice enough to drive to my car to test and jumpstart the battery. After purchasing a new battery, I had no idea how to install it but he was nice enough to do me a favor. If you're looking to walk out with a smile on your face, the folks here won't disappoint! Guaranteed!

Bruce at the counter is amazing, he saved me a lot of grief when replacing my low beam headlight bulb, I had a part of the car wiring harness attached to the bulb and didn't even know it. Bruce was quick to separate the 2 pieces and also mentioned a promotion the store had on the bulb I needed. I was on my way in 5 minutes. Bruce is definitely a Carquest asset, knowledgeable, efficient, and he values customer's time and wallet. 5 stars

Initially I was sold the wrong tie rod for my elantra gl at the niagara falls Canadian tire due to their incompetence. Thankfully when I called carquest they were able to have the correct part shipped to their location within the same day. Thanks for the great service and not selling me a tie rod for an elantra gt. ? ?

This place is the only one I go to for parts. The staff is friendly and knoledgabke. They have an exelent return policy and warrantee the parts you buy. The tore is clean and well stocked. If they do not have a part in stock they can normaly get it in for the next day. These guys are top shelf

Needed a plug for snow blower and thought I would check them out. Way cheaper than Amazon for the same plug. While i was in there, bought some penetrating oil, again cheaper than Amazon. Worth checking out before defaulting to online.

These guys are absolutely the best. Justin gave me a hand in the shop with my weekend warrior project made some great suggestions and shared his experiences with me which made me decide to grab better quality parts that would last me longer. And they had stock available for everything I needed! Thanks bro! You are a legend. Taking the step up to better parts didn’t cost me an arm and a leg like I was quoted elsewhere.

Good part sourcing good pricing - it's worth it to give this place a try. Many times they have multiple brands available for the same part. I suggest doing some research online to find the best brand then calling them for a quote. Nice staff.

I was just at this location yesterday to purchase a couple of lightbulbs for my rear tail light. The gentleman behind the counter was fantastic and the two bulbs cost around six dollars, they were both two packs so I ended up with four lightbulbs for that price. I have been here many times and the service is always great and it’s a very quick. I would recommend this location.

Charlie was extremely helpful. I didnt need a car part but clamps for my ATV and Charlie went above and beyond to help me find ones that worked. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs parts, they will do anything to find what your looking for.
