Bulk & Barn offers great quality products, a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and friendly service! The self-serve experience is convenient—you get to choose, measure, and bag everything yourself, which makes it quick and easy. We've been here twice already, and each visit has been a positive experience. We’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Whichever two employees were closing the store this evening are severely lacking in customer service skills. When I walked in one associate was playfully hitting the other and neither of them acknowledged me, said hello, or asked me if I needed help with anything while I was shopping. When I went to cash out, I stood there for about 2 minutes before someone finally came over. Again - the associate said nothing other than "which ones are these?" while holding up a bag of gummy bears. When I finished paying, she did not say goodbye, have a nice evening, nothing. I've never had an issue with staff at any Bulk Barn I've visited until now. Management might want to coach their staff on how to deliver proper customer service.

Very disappointed. My 10 year old son was selling apples outside of this Bulk Barn location as part of Scout's Canada Apple Day. The clerk working there came out and told him he had to leave bc it's "corporate policy" they don't allow solicitors in front of their store. Afterwards, we double checked with the hut. They confirmed that volunteers took the time to obtain express, verbal permission from all locations before assigning spots. So, we are a bit confused as to what the young, green-haired, female clerk was talking about when she told us that we had to leave. This took place on Friday October 13, 2023 at about 7pm. Attached photo was taken before they kicked him out.

This store is well stocked, never had a issue with any of their products. My concern is with one particular employee, every time She checks me out, She asks if I qualify for the seniors discount, nope, not for another 18 years. Been asked the last 3 times I went there, to be honest that line is just getting old, so am I, I know, but don’t need to be reminded every time I go. Perhaps put a sign on the door, so everyone can see it when they come in, or something, but asking someone in their mid forty’s if they qualify for the seniors discount can be... I always feel about twenty year older when I leave this store than when I came in...

The"english" accented cashier was rude. I had forgotten my coupon at home, asked her if she would honour it, she said no. Nice. This was my first, AND LAST visit to this location. Just moved here. I'm a senior, sometimes I forget my coupons, dealing with health issues. Never had this happen in Hamilton - EVER!! Coupon is only worth $5, but it's the principle. I bet if I was her neighbour or longtime friend, she would've had no objection to issuing the refund. I contacted Bulk Barn Corporate, they offered me $5 on my next visit. Seriously?Good-bye Bulk Barn and good riddance. I'll spend my money where employees and store policy is not rife with ignorance and arrogance.

It seems like a store that gives happiness.
Chocolate candy, nuts, etc.
A variety of snacks, with the main dish being Jujeonburi
I bought a variety of snacks, but I want to visit again and try different things.
