Well we had an amazing new car experience with Brock last week. Really like the size of the dealer. Not too big. Not too small. Enjoyed working with our sales rep Greg. Financial rep Ashlee was very pleasant and professional. Feel we made a good choice on buying at Brock.

same price for oil change anywhere in town. why get it done at an after market garage if you can get a full service at same price at your local dealership

I took advantage of the Mobile service that Brock Ford offers and it was painless. The mechanic (Zack) was friendly and efficient
And personal with performing the service. When he was done he explained to me what he had done and that my truck was in good shape. I strongly recommend this service to anyone with a busy schedule. I will use it again soon

Rob and Jim in pre owned are top notch professionals! They truly do a fabulous job and never let you forget that they work for you! They will do what it takes to make the customers happy! I ended up buying a new vehicle instead of pre owned and Rob went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted to pay! I can’t say enough about Brock Ford!

I’m so very impressed with the entire Brock Ford Team!
Their patience with me was second to none! I changed my mind on many different aspects of the vehicle buying experience. I pulled in the lot thinking I was buying a used pick up, ended up test driving a used bronco. After talking out my thoughts with 4 different professionals in their employ, I decided a new Bronco was the way to go! They were able to get me the specific one I wanted, at the price point I wanted to pay, and get the entire deal sign sealed and picked up in only a couple days! Way to go BROCK FORD! you have one very happy customer!

I just bought a 2024 F150 a month ago from BROCK Ford worst experience ever! First of all they waited 2 weeks after getting truck to tell me it was in a hail storm and fixed and they probably wouldn’t of even told me if Ford wouldn’t of sent me a cheque for it being damaged, then I asked if they could put my off road tires and rims on it from my other truck that I traded in well it shook so bad! They balanced my tires 3 times and it still did it so they told me if you don’t like the ride then put the original tires back on. So I was supposed to put the tires and rims that I paid $5000 for in the corner to collect dust! Then it started making a rattling sound under truck and when I closed my door too they told me they all make that noise there’s nothing wrong with it! They sell me a truck then once it leaves the lot they don’t want nothing to do with you! Worst service I’ve ever experienced! Never again will I bring or buy a vehicle from them!!!!
