I was there Feb 20th in the evening, the cashier was very unpleasant. Seemed like a burden having to ring my items up. Management needs to hire employees who actually want to work with good customer service. The lady working this shift just makes you want to buy less items because it's an inconvenience for her to ring them up. She was in more of a rush to get out to chat with her friend waiting outside. Place is going downhill with incompetent employees.

What a ignorant lady working here and I will not be back and making a formal complaint brought my kids all way from Fort erie two nights in a row to literly be ignorantly treated and told no to ice cream for the kids yesterday she says machines broke tonight its 902 pm she says we stop serving at 9 real snarkly like I should no your ice cream rules your ignorant and if you hate your job so much don't be there your attitude is trash

I mean its got the post office. And an ok selection. But virtually every employee acts like its an imposition to ring in a transaction, let alone do anything else ?Seems to be the thing with avondales now. Too bad

A blonde girl that works there gave my friend and I poor customer service and was making rude comments that were unnecessary put our items in the bag to the side and then started to talk to continue her conversation with someone else. She is aggressive!

There was this white girl who who worked at this location around 6pm today and she was rude and had racial tendencies. When I asked her what tap payment is she rolled her eyes and asked me what a tap payment. She works as a cashier and and tap payments are one of the first things cashier's are taught. She sounded so aggressive.
