Very ignorant male worker with long hair and piercings, ignored me and quite literally walked away from me whilst speaking. I seriously think he should get fired for this ignorant behavior. I have noticed it in the past and I have had enough.

I found what I was looking for but the cashier was very rude with the older lady in front of me . He yelled at her saying " I may have green hair but i'm not the td bank!" and won't break a 50 or 100$ bill . He was so busy being a smart A** with her . He forgot to charge her for her items . It was very disrespectful . I don't know why he couldn't say that nicely to her . She was sweet.

I moved in this location just recently from Toronto.So this was my second visit to this business first trip I purchased a pass for the bus system in Niagara No problem .My second trip I went in to ask if she could check the balance on my card she clearly stated she didn’t do that there so I asked if I could purchase another pass she also said they don’t do that there to which i replied I had purchased one here a few months ago she gave me no response.. Then I asked if they did cash back so I could get bus fare she stated they did not so I asked if they had an interact machine well that she knew so I go and take 20.00 my bank charged me 3.00 the merchant charged me 2.50 then I go to the employee and ask her if i can have 10 loonies so I can have bus fare for several places I needed to go she replied “NO” I will give you bus fare not really sure what she meant but I ended up having to give 4.00 for a bus fare that cost three dollars .That was my second and last visit to your establishment I in my 56 years of life have never been treated with such disrespect.I left questioning whether she was an actual. employee
