Great experience, very friendly staff, will def book again.Based on the reviews you'd think the service isn't good but the guy just likes to take his time and he's absolutely right for doing so. Chill out, be friendly and stop expecting instant gratification and you'll have a positive experience too.

The office was closed at 4 pm on Monday, however a black guy who was vacuuming a car nearby appeared as a staff member. But it was done only when I called him couple of times, by trying to be much louder than the vacuum to be heard.Neither information of working hours nor the note why they were closed was put on the door. That's exactly how a rent-a-car spot mustn't operate.

Not a good experience: Came in to change my ongoing rental since customer service told me I had to do it physically on-site. The employee couldn’t be bothered to listen at all, was rude, loud and unhelpful.Avoid.

Used Avis because I had a corporate discount with them, but after my experience with this place I would recommend you choose another location even if you have to spend a bit more. This location seems to employ a single person, and he has no sense of urgency or even a normal person's working pace. When I picked up my car there was no one else here, and it still took me 30 minutes to get out of here even though I had pre-paid and pre-checked in online.When I returned my car I was 3rd in a line of 5, and despite the line up, this guy works at the same slow place with no care of anyone else's time. I've been waiting so long that I'm literally writing this review while in line. It's been 25 minutes and counting now. It's also worth mentioning he tends to give you a fair amount of attitude in his communication.Trust me, just avoid this location.

Just don’t do it. Made a reservation and received an email confirmation, only to be told I don’t have a reservation. Was asked to call customer service only to talk to an automated machine while the service agent watched. All this during our panic to meet our family to go to a memorial service. Was also told we would need to wait while the car was cleaned and washed. Just avoid.

Very bad experience, visited them and they quoted 450$ for a compact SUV for 1 day, for return to airport, took multiple cabs instead.

I’ve rented from this location a few times. Never had an issue except once where the economy car I had booked was unavailable and I got a free upgrade to a convertible. That was awesome. Would recommend.
