New customer. I recently placed my first order for N2O, but mistakenly ordered food grade when what I needed was Automotive use. Quentin through email follow up asked to verify delivery and my response mentioned that I was actually looking for Automotive N2O but ordered food grade after not being able to find auto use gas on the website. He responded early next morning and changed to the correct gas for me and gave me the proper part number for future orders, and verified the delivery date window. Great follow up and assistance for a new customer who is not familiar with the process. Quentin should be commended.

My father has been dealing with this shop for decades. Owns his own gear and buys gas when he needs it. He recently rented tanks, oxy/acetylene, for a month for a project. Paid for the rental. He brought them back after two weeks because he was done with them. Then he got an invoice/letter stating he owed them just over $21. When he went to the shop he was told it was a paper shuffling cost because he brought the tanks back early. Apparently a head office thing. Seriously???

I did not realize they closed early on Friday, so I called Quentin and said I would try and be at the shop for 4pm. I was a few minutes late and was worried I would miss him, but Quentin had the bottle and invoice ready for me. Great service... Thanks

Hours say till 4 and doors already locked when I get here at 15:55. This is the service I've come to experience and expect from Air Liquide. If only zero stars were an option.
