Disappointing Experience with Service Scheduling and CommunicationI regret to express my disappointment with the service scheduling process at your dealership. Despite multiple attempts to contact via email regarding scheduling and inquiries about my car service history, I have received no response.As a loyal customer, I expected a more responsive and attentive approach from a local Volvo dealer. This lack of communication raises concerns about the level of customer care provided. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter and hope for improved communication in the future.

I’ve visited Newmarket dealership multiple time in last 1 year and I have a great experience. I was moved from states and i had a concern about my car service since the mileage is on miles, however they were taken good care of my car.

Excellent Experience! I highly recommend Bobbie Hurry as your sales agent. She’s ? class and very accommodating. The whole experience was top notch. Alex was also awesome to deal with on the financing end. Very informative. There was no pressure in this experience like other car dealerships. It was very informative and professional. Best service and customer PR in the GTA! You guys are fantastic. Really attentive, make you feel special and cared for. Super friendly and they take the time to explain things with no pressure. Never feel they are trying to up sell. In fact they will tell me when I really don’t need something to keep my costs down.
