Fantastic car-buying experience. Cynthia was personable, responsive (to the minute), honest, upfront, and eager to help out.
Found the exact car, color, financing terms, and payment arrangement I was looking for and it was a very accomodating ownership experience.
Overall Cynthia and the team were patient and helpful throughout the buying process.
I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Was definitely amazed at the level of service and commitment to quality.

Recently purchased a Golf R and worked with Jonathan Muir.
I went to two other VW dealerships and had an unpleasant experience with the sales guys when inquiring about this specific model.
John was knowledgeable on the car, willing to help me get a good deal and made the buying process easy.

Johnathan was very helpful; quickly provided information on the vehicle I was looking for, and had it ready for a test drive when I showed up. And when sitting down to discuss the purchase, He stood by the Pfaff’s policy of providing the best price. In summary, it was a stress free purchase.

This place, along with all other dealerships I’ve been to are a scam. Do not waste your time getting an inspection or repair here. I took my car in for an inspection, after which they informed me I had an oil leak coming from the flange between the turbo and air exchange / exhaust. They showed me photos of oil splattered all under my car, and told me the repair would cost $4000. After hours of stress and a half day of work missed, I took my car to an independent, reliable, vetted mechanic for a second opinion. After doing a proper, thorough inspection, it was discovered that the issue was just the wrong washer on my oil plug. A cheap, easy fix which not only aligns with recent suspicions but explains the splattered oil under the car.All this to say, VW Newmarket failed to do a basic inspection. If they can’t even thoroughly inspect a vehicle, why should I ever trust them with anything more?A word of wisdom to always get a second opinion before agreeing to servicing your vehicle. I WILL NEVER bring my car back to VW Newmarket.
