I left this review for the poor customer service and return policy that I’ve ever experienced in Canada. I bought a jacket for my son from Yorkdale on Monday, I didn’t notice that there was a stain on that. My son was excited and removed the tag in the morning before I saw the stain. In the afternoon , it means less than 24 hrs, I went to Upper canada store and asked them to exchange. The rep told me you need to go back to Yorkdale -and we can’t trust you that the stain wasn’t there yesterday!!!!! It is not respectful and a good experience at all!!! I dhow them how loyal I was with them over years by the purchase history but she didn’t even care !!

Uniqlo has the worst Online return policy. Absolute garbage especially during the Christmas holiday. H&M and Zara figured it out. Why can’t Uniqlo?

The self checkout is cool because you don't have to swipe or scan anything. It just magically reads what's in the basket. ✨ Kind helpers in the changeroom.
