Boys got me a gift certificate for an all inclusive vehicle detailing for Christmas…. What a treat to have your ride cleaned and polished like it just came off the showroom floor!!!With a little bit of feedback they honoured their service agreement that the customer should leave happy with the service provided. They made good! Good to see them turn a negative into a positive…. A lot of people wouldn’t give them that opportunity to do so and just rant..Base your business on service and the world will be your oyster. :)

Great work, flexible appointments and the price was right. I returned for a windshield replacement after being a happy costumer after having my tints done a year ago. Thanks Ziebart Newmarket! I’ll be back!!!

Would have appreciated it if I was told beforehand that they were going to use aftermarket glass on my car... I would've paid extra for OEM. The original glass that was cracked was OEM so it seems important to me to tell customers when they're replacing with glass from a different manufacturer and give customers options. The fact that this isn't a standard operating procedure here is disappointing.

Had such a great experience getting my windshield replaced at UniglassPlus. The front desk was very helpful and they were extremely accommodating - very thankful for their shuttle service. They also got it done SO fast! Would highly recommend.

I was carrying a crate of hydraulic in my trunk yesterday & it leaked all over the place.I went to Ziebart for some help & Jody not only took my car in as he was closing, but he got 2 additional employees to lend a hand, rinse, wash, air dry & vacuum my entire trunk & did it all for FREE!! He refused to to take any $ whatsoever.I cannot recommend Ziebart ENOUGH! It's incredibly rare to receive that type of customer service & generosity. Ziebart is all about helping people in need because they're good people. They helped me immensely & I'm incredibly thankful for what they did for me.If you're in the Newmarket area & need help with your vehicle........go see Jody at Ziebart ?!!
