I had extremely bad experience for picking my pick up order through drive thru, people are very lagging for not passing my order. I ending up going in the shop and grabbing my orders and the shop is very empty. They’re not even busy, standing around and my order was right beside the drive thru window. Speechless!!!!!!

Food is not goodWe ordered tea (with cream and sugar) and wrapsWraps had hardly any stuff inside they were not value for money at allOkay but tea was with cream and milk we literally can taste milk in the tea i also work in food industry and i know the drill they mix milk and cream togetherThey are doing dirty businessCheap food ??

I went to Tim Hortons on Wednesday Jan 24th for dinner. I ordered a BLT, but I was told by the cashier they were out of bread and I could substitute it for a bagel. I was fine with that but they ended up charging me an extra 20 cents for that bagel . When I got my BLT bagel it only had some lettuce, a small piece of tomato and 1 piece of bacon that looked like it was cut up into 3 smaller pieces. I was not happy with my sandwich and ended up going back to let them know. After trying to look for more tomatoes to add to my sandwich, I was told they were out, but added a couple of extra pieces of bacon. This is not the first time that this happened. So disappointed with quality of food at Tim Hortons lately.

Has to be the worst Tim’s I’ve ever been to and you’ll ever goto - 15-20 min waits at drive thru incompetence in making food lack of knowledge horrible reported this to Tim’s head office and executive team to have current management

worst tim I have ever met with.... this is my neighbourhood store and have been in this store over years. What happened today is I went in to order, there is no clients line up, and I am the only one customer. Waited there for over 2 mins without any staff asking me or greeting for what I want to order. They just chat over in the corner. I thought lots of car at drive through, but actually no car was waiting at drive through. Not sure how Tim at this store hires those staff. NEED to be trained properly or at least be polite to client walk in by say a simple hello. Or maybe just change your staff or close off this store. You made a bad day.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!THE MENU BOARD HAS LOWER PRICES FROM WHAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY CHANGED! CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!The owner here is a real jerk!I found mouse droppings in my salad, saw cockroaches on many occasions and the washrooms are absolutely filthy!! The owner doesn't respond and the managers on duty don't care!DO NOT TRUST THE FOOD HERE! THE PLACE IS FILTHY AND RODENTS AND BUGS RULE HERE!!!

Today November 6, I went to this Tim Hortons with my wife around 1:30 pm. I activated the offer of 2 sandwiches for $6 in front of the counter and then let them scan my phone. The staff made a mistake on my order so they had to restart the order. After she redid the order, the offer wouldn't go through since she scanned it before. The staff couldn't fix the problem, so she called the manager Miss Mackenzie.The manager comes to take a look and then tells me "your offer is already used." I try to explain to her what's going on, but she keeps saying that I didn't listen to her. And then told me if I'm not going to pay for the order she will kick us out from the store. My wife couldn't stand the rough tone and words the manager was using and had to step outside. The other staff tried to solve the problem but the manager suddenly came back and said we were yelling at other customers so she needs to kick us out from the store. This was untrue since we only talked to the Tim Hortons staff, never talked to other people and we did not yell.That was a very horrible experience and we will not go back this Tim Hortons anymore.

Horrible service. Stood at the front counter for close to 5 min before someone served me. 5 people standing around drive through well I was waiting to be served. Once I was served the employee was very rude.I then had to wait for close to 10 minutes for my bagel as drive thru was priority and they served 4 customers before even putting my bagel through the toaster. Only one half had cream cheese and was never cut in half.All around horrible experience, poor customer service, poor food quality and all this well prices are increasing there.

Was at the drive thru & the kid took someone else's order first & then mine. Terrible service. A bunch of uneducated kids working here.. doesn't know any manners. Please fire them and hire new, older people. Thanks.
