Had passport photo done here. Price online didn’t reflect price charged.
Wouldn’t let you look at photo before printing.
Do not have passport forms they will print it but charge you $2 but wont tell u they is a charge until after.
Better experience anywhere else.

Absolutely professional and helpful. If you are looking for professional packaging, including heavy duty boxes by uline, this is the place. They even modified the box to meet certain measuring requirements. The guys were helpful and I highly recommend for packing needs.

I wanted a reprint of a faded family tree made. They worked on the print to highlight the words and drawings and it came out beautifully. Thank you for a wonderful keepsake.

This is a shipping and receiving business that is obviously hurting financially.
I went to drop a package for a Amazon return, and the owner was disgruntled that I helped myself to x4 pieces of scotch tape?. This is a shipping business like everywhere frustrated with Amazon’s business, yet they are a PARCEL SERVICE! Lol get real your business depends on big companies like Amazon! Canada post would be literally bankrupt without Amazon.
If you don't like your job (or investment), get a real skill and move on, otherwise your job, is simply, to receive, and release packages, through a inventory software platform, designed by someone who actually has a skill set.

I’ve come here numerous times per week for the last 2 months to drop off packages for my business and every time I always ask for a receipt. These guys have never once given me the receipt without a bit of back and fourth arguing. Today, our conversation went like this and for that reason it’ll be my last time:
Me: Just a drop-off please and I’ll need the receipt
Worker 1: *scans it* Leave it over there
Me: I need the receipt
Worker 1: *disgruntled noises* Phone number?
Worker 2: You can track it right now on your phone it will show
Me: I need the receipt for StockX
Worker 1: JUST GIVE ME PHONE NUMBER! ?
It’s always the same 2 older gentlemen giving me this issue every time I’ve come in, despite sometimes even coming in multiple days back to back explaining each time.
I frequent 2 other locations and also drop off at random planes and never had an employee hesitate to give me a receipt. Other places are also a lot friendlier and welcoming and the Woodbine / Denison location in Markham even knows the StockX policy themselves.
For the staff or owners information: When shipping to StockX (e-commerce buy and sell platform) if anything goes wrong you need to show the drop off receipt to StockX for an insurance claim to go through with UPS. I know this because I’ve had several of my packages go missing in transit in the past, even having an open case right now for a package that was lost after dropping off at this location. StockX will NOT entertain a claim without the receipt but even so a customer has the right to ask for one for whatever other reason they might have.

I have been a customer of UPS Store 134 - 1111 Davis Drive Newmarket for over 20 Years now. The customer service I receive every time I visit is top notch. (the very best) They always leave me smiling and happy after I see them. They are like family.
Whether you need to mail a box across the globe, you require personal / business printing services or you need a box for your business mail, they will be more than happy to help you.

Dropping off a package and asked for receipt. The clerk impolitely said I have to wait for half an hour to get a receipt! He clearly did not do anything special and just was lazy to do his job!

The worst post office I've ever encountered (and from a small business owner, that says a lot) The older man that works here (name starts with a A) has an immediate rude attitude every single time I come to pick up a package.I came in as my ups link stated it my package was available for pickup at the postal office - this is what I told A. He points in the direction of shoppers and says 'that's the post office' until I show him my UPS link. He starts raising his voice, then goes on a rampage about how this is not a UPS tracking #, not the UPS website and provides no helpful info. All I asked if he could look up the tracking # for me and see where my package is held for collection. He states that my tracking link is 'spam' and 'not real' and when I rebuttal with the information that it is ups.com, he says word for word 'I can make a fake website with ups.com right now' (lol - I would like to see you try, first of all.) Completely did not give me any info at all and essentially told me to go away. I left and said I'll just call UPS and told them they don't have to be so rude.I left the store and had my husband come back in and as soon as he came in, he started SCREAMING saying "I told the lady to call the #!!!" (no, he didn't. he did not offer one single piece of useful information other than trying to say the website was /fake/). Husband was trying to clarify and see if he could get more info and this 'A' kept screaming and yelling like he was a child. The other employee was a bit nicer and ended up explaining that US UPS sometimes reroutes to smaller couriers and to check the tracking on other websites (USPS, Canada Post) - this is info he did not share with me in the 5-8 min I was in there, but my husband got such useful info in 1-2 min. I wonder why that is...All while the nicer employee was helping, 'A' kept screaming in the background. Seriously, maybe this isn't meant to be your line of work...I've read other reviews on this page that talk about the same man and I've experienced his rudeness more than a few times now so I know this isn't a one-off.When even Canada Post staff are nicer than you..it's time to change your attitude.

Went to pick up a package. Fri Nov 10th 2023. Around 3pm.Was confront with a rude employee or Manger name started with the letter A. All I said when I came inside was "Hi, I came here to pick up a package."And the old man replied with attitude out of nowhere "WHAT PACKAGE!?"Which now through me off guard and confused. Which I admit, made me angry. So we are both now giving each other attitude.Luckily there was another employee which got in the middle of it all and feeling awkward. But also seems have been in similar situations before from his demeanor. Would have been 1 star if not for him. Which is why I gave 2 stars.

Went to get pictures for Permanent Resident card, brought specifications as per application. Was assured that they do these regularly. However, they did not meet requirements and pictures had to be retaken elsewhere. This caused a huge delay in processing document. Would definitely not recommend this place
