Kyle barely knows how to quote, constantly overcharging. while Francis advised he would smash my car window if he couldn't get the door to unlock. Long story short, went to different shop. The door was programmed not to open by Kyle!

I was driving through Newmarket yesterday (Saturday of a long weekend) in the middle of a 2 hour trip with my family when we detected a burning plastic smell - which turned out to be coming from an overheated wheel/seized brake caliper. I called many auto repair shops, all of which were either closed or didn't answer. We were stranded and out of options. Finally, a fine gentleman (I think his name may be Francis?) answered the phone and agreed to meet me at his shop which turned out to be only a few minutes from where we were stopped. Incredibly, after disassembling the caliper and applying penetrating oil, he was able to get it working again. We took it on a test drive and confirmed it was working properly. After spending the better part of an hour getting us back on the road - he didn't even want any money for his above and beyond services! He just wished us a good trip! Wow...Francis (I hope that is your name!) - you are an angel. He even texted me later to check on how the brakes were performing (they were still fine). Easily the most honest and generous mechanic I have ever dealt with - and I have dealt with a great number over the decades. Amazing person!Service: Auto brake repair

Super duper nice people (a father and son actually). They fixed my car and didn't charge me simply because it didn't take long time. I did insisted to pay but he refused.

Francis performed a vehicle safety on my SUV, replaced an exhaust pipe on my car, swapped out my winter tires, and repaired a leaking tire sensor all within 24hrs of taking my call. Quality service with a smile at a very reasonable rate. Francis will now be my first choice.

Genuinely the most trustworthy and honest mechanics I know.
Took my car to Simone Performance to get a safety, and they lied about problems my car has and quoted $6000-7000.
I looked over the issues myself and referenced the Ontario Safety Standards Checklist, and found that they failed me for things that weren't even in there.
Took my car here for a second opinion and they confirmed my suspicions about Simone's bulls***. I even showed them the list of issues they gave me, but they still quoted me $700 which I was HAPPY to give them.
They even suggested I bring in my own parts to save money. SHOW ME A MECHANIC WHO DOES THAT. These guys are ON YOUR SIDE and aren't greedy weasels. 10/10 would recommend.
Is there a way to give more than 5 stars? Thanks Francis and Kyle.
