Echo with all complains. Don’t go for personal banking. Their ATM is way better professional and more friendly than the staff. All staff are under trained and worse in customer service than other places. I shall go to Aurora branch and never booked time here.

I won’t go to this branch anymore there’s a little girl working there her name is I think mino fazi she’s the must unprofessional person working there, and every time I go there she makes excuse to not doing my thing today was the 3rd time she did that to me , I will go close my account with this bank and open with deferent bank

Bank employees do not know the rules and are not helpful. I left a check. They said you will wait 3 days. I said I need to buy the product too. They were not helpful at all. I called my friend. “If you had an ATM, you could use $2000,” he said. I called customer service. They said the same thing. They said use an ATM and you would have $2000 in your account.

Teller and manager are clueless about theiir jobs, giving conflicting information on how to get an access card after ooening an account virtually. Will move business elsewhere.

Management need to train staff better. Staff are not knowledgeable. Were not able to help me in person for something that I was then able to do online. Thats a sad level of training.

Julian is a wonderful TD financial advisor who is personable, efficient, and professional, offering great insight in how to manage finances. He made many processes that were hard to do over the phone very easy and quick in person, and generously offered follow up appointments for any remaining needs.

I have always enjoyed coming in to that specific branch.Customer service is amazing from everyone especially two particular employees,John Moore who is an amazing mortgage advisor, who made sure to give the perfect mortgage plan.Also a desk clerk names Lilly , she is very professional,kind and helpful with the day to day banking issues.Keep up the amazing work.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience at this location on Saturday August 6th 2022 with the branch manager on duty. Before sharing this experience, I want to also say that I also worked in customer service in tele-communication for 6 years prior to my career now, that ALSO dealt with fraud-activity cases.On August 6th, before heading to the bank to make a deposit via bank draft and to make a withdraw as well, I had used my TD card at a Starbucks. When I tried to make the deposit to my account, I was encountered with assumptions already of where this have may came from, from this Caucasian Female Branch Manager - and it was also stated that there will be a 1 or 2 week hold on it to verify the bank draft since I did not provide a receipt with it. I was very understandable in this sense, and I had not given an issue. I then proceeded to ask if she can help me with a withdraw of over $5000, and she proceeded to say that her limit was $5000, but I can get the rest from the ATM machine. She asked me to go to the ATM first and come back and will provide the rest. As I was trying to get the withdraw from the ATM, it prompted with an error to go see a teller.She proceeded to tell me that due to suspicious activity, the account is now automatically locked and I will have to call the fraud department and verify myself for my account to be unlocked.I wanted to share this experience so that TD can do a better job with training with their employee's for this matter. As a family of immigrants to Canada, and a new home owner in the Local Area, it saddens me to go through these experiences and feel that my race has something to do with it. This lady never asked polite questions regarding this transactions or even attempted to uncover any details. It's very clear and evident she was the one that locked my account due to "fraud activity", since 30 minutes arriving at the branch, I was able to make a transaction at Starbucks.I have been trying to contact the fraud department for 3 days, day and night but I can not get through to the number she provided. Most of my banking and funds are in my TD account. Along with my chequings account I have with TD, my credit line and VISA is also with TD. Not only have I tried to call the fraud department for 3 days, but I had to go out of my way to seek financials since I have absolutely NO access to my TD ACCESS card at all.I hope this experience enlightens not only the Manager there, but the whole TD team there. This shared post is not to discourage people to come to this branch, but to shed a light on some area's of opportunities. I will not be coming back to this branch, as this experience was just awful to go through.

horrible experience with this branch... the simplest thing such as opening an account for the newcomers went terribly wrong... they don't know what they are doing... more over they don't know their own policies and bank products... wasted an hour of our time... the accounts were open and closed right away - what a combination of incompetence and ignorance... stay away....

The financial advisor I had honestly put bare minimum effort into helping me out. I feel nothing but extreme stress after dealing with her. I don’t recommend this branch at all if you’re looking for solutions in your financial life.
