I wanted to share my disappointing experience with this auto shop, specifically regarding their customer service representative, Brandon.
On June 11, I called the shop about getting coil overs for my Miata. Brandon answered the phone and initially seemed eager to help. He promised to find the best price and get back to me. However, after waiting four hours without any follow-up, I reached out to him again. He assured me that he had found a set and would get a quote to me soon.
By the end of the day, I still hadn't heard back, despite my first call being at 10 AM. When I called again at 5 PM, Brandon claimed he was very busy but promised to email me the quote before leaving for the day. Oddly, he thought he had my email, which he didn’t, so I provided it to him.
The next morning, I called at 10:30 AM to inquire why I hadn’t received the quote. Brandon's excuse was that he worked late and forgot, but he promised to send it ASAP. As of today, I still haven't received any quote.
I genuinely wanted to use this shop due to their good reputation for quality work, but Brandon's handling of my request was unacceptable. It seems he's either too lazy, forgetful, or uninterested in assisting new clients unless the job appears immediately profitable.
I recommend finding a shop that is more reliable and transparent in their operations. My experience with Brandon suggests this one isn't worth your time.

Simone Performance did suspension repair work on my lexus rx350. From the booking appointment to paying the bill for performed work was only amazing experience. I will definitely come back again and yes i do recommend Simon Performance if you are loking for honest and professional car repair services .

They finished the whole gallery gasket job (including water pump etc.)+ installed oil cooler + brake hoses replacement on my 11’ 370Z within two days, very efficient and knowledgeable, and fair price too. If you own a Nissan this is the place to go service your car!

I talked to Brandon about doing some work on my car. He seemed like a nice guy and was knowledgeable. He spent 10 minutes with me on the phone getting all the details and said he would call back the same day with a quote.
Unfortunately, I never got a callback. Big red flag when it comes to professionalism and communication.
