“This location has gotten 100% better, I stopped shopping here for years because the service was non existing, the store was dirty and unorganized and the staff clearly didn't care and had better things to talk about Instead of checking on their customers. My mom dragged me in the other day and I was blown away at the Change in the store, the staff absolutely everything! I was told there is new management at this location and I think head office needs to know they are doing Phenomenal! The staff is actually on the floor, it's clean and organized now. Whoever took this store over deserves recognition, I will gladly come back to soft moc any day now!”

“Wow, what a phenomenal experience! Ryan was fantastic! So engaging and down to earth. My son needed a shirt, they didn't have it in his size. Placed one on hold in keswick. My son was going for interview next day. Ryan went over and beyond, he's a great conversalionist. This store must bring in so many more sales because of him. I'd like to invite him to a dinner at my house because he's so engaging nice, I can't say enough about him.i got everything I needed. My son got the job next day, we went back to buy safety shoes, Ryan suggested products that that saved us hours of time trying things on, we were able to narrow our purchase time by hours.
