“Went in to buy a pair of shoes for my son, they had a very good selection, the prices were comparative to other shoe stores and online, they had a vast selection of sizes and styles and the cashiers were very friendly. I did have to return for a different size and it was hassle free.”
“I went to the Newmarket store with my son. This was our first time at a George Richards Big and Tall. Even though he found items he liked. We were really disappointed in how expensive it was and how many logo and meme style clothes there were. “I don’t often wrote reviews, however the service I revived today from Bobbi and Gabby cannot go unnoticed. I had a pair of soft moc Moccasins that had come unraveled and had received them for Christmas and I had contacted the Tanger store to exchange and the help wasn’t there I even called the customer service number which was even worse. I was met with, you can only bring them back when a manager is at the store, and if you do they can’t look at them right away so they will contact you when ready. Well on a fluke I called the Newmarket store as I was in the area and Gabby answered sure come on in we will fix it for you, and we’ll

“Although this store can be hard to find don’t let that discourage you. I always feel welcomed whenever I visit. The employees are always happy and willing to help.
